"Very elegant restaurant located on a hill with amazing views, ample parking, better to book via the appropriate app. For those who want to save something, go for lunch during the week with some dishes excluded, in the evening, Saturday and Sunday full menu cost, the portions are not exaggerated so I can taste a bit of everything or request what I particularly liked. Naturally, for those who prefer raw food in all its variations, it is better to have a broad menu in the evening. I frequent Asian restaurants a lot and I choose this one when I want to differentiate it from the standard food as there are some dishes that are different from other restaurants. I like to go there when I can. The service is impeccable with attentive room manager and waiters. "Locale curato, accogliente e caloroso, bagno eccellente (cosa ormai difficile da trovare). La cucina è veramente ottima, pesce di altissima qualità e freschissimo, cannolo di ricotta superbo (e lo dico da siciliana) grandi complimenti allo chef! Simone impeccabile, da donna incinta mi ha elencato tutto ciò che potevo mangiare dedicandomi molte attenzioni, spiegazioni dei piatti complete e chiare, un vero padrone di casa educato, gentile e professionale! "we couple) turned off the hotel to find a good restaurant to take part in the afternoon instead of the highway service center. by coincidence with some help from locals we landed at maculato. that is absolutely the best restaurant I visited in italia. it was a little late for lunch, as only one party ended her meal. the place is immaculate and very tastefully decorated. our waitress spoke as much English as we Italian, but she worked hard to communicate with us and explain some of the menu points. after the order, a small salat starter was shown, which we did not order, then our meal with another unexpected dish of deep roasted vegetables for the table to taste. that was great. I'm sure we were the last midday customers and they waited to close until dinner, but we weren't rushed in any way. the price was very reasonable. we would return to this restaurant in a heartbeat!"

"1 May for lunch in group, full room, fixed menu at 30€ per person including drinks and wine. they brought cured meats in tray (meeting lonza, ham, mortadella) and cheeses (2 types). the first were spaghetti with amatriciana and small ears with zucchini always in trays to be divided. It didn't drive me crazy to take this from the tray, the portions were not abundant. the ears were good, the other discreet pasta. then meat to the grill very tasty instead, tiramisù for dessert. glass of final bitter and coffee. to arrive is not very comfortable the final road is dirt, have large parking, 2 large middle rooms and external tables, some also covered in a gazebo seems to me. a little noisy. friendly service, they put us a little too much between one reach and the other. you can quietly go report quality favorable price. thumb up follow for more."

"Avevamo provato il servizio da asporto durante il periodo del lockdown e eravamo rimasti positivamente impressionati dalla qualità dei prodotti, dalle confezioni di imballo utilizzate (l 'anglofono packages) e dalla cura delle spiegazioni inserite per terminare la cottura di certi piatti o per la loro migliore degustazione. Detto questo, ci eravamo ripromessi di provare Tinello e Mentuccia 'in loco ' non appena ci fosse stata occasione. Così una domenica ci siamo regalati un pranzo da loro e siamo rimasti d 'accordo con la prima impressione: bravissimi. Bella location dove gustare piatti della tradizione romanesca ben eseguiti e con un servizio cortese, attento e preparato, hanno fatto centro! Trattati veramente bene e con anche un gesto di cortesia al momento del conto. Lo voglio citare perché oggi non è una cosa scontata, avevo segnalato alla proprietaria una piccola imprecisione riguardo un dolce, più per parlare che per lamentarmi, e lei ha quindi ritenuto di offrirmelo. Innegabilmente questo conferma quanto detto e aggiungo: quì si lavora bene ed è tutto perfetto bravi, bravi, bravi!"
