Super pasta, bruschetta. Service was excellent. Away from the photo taking visitors. The finest of wine.

Great place to eat. Opposite the University (academics do like to eat well...when they can afford it). The chef is superb and the food very affordable.

Tornato con piacere dopo molto tempo, sempre ottima ambiente personale gentile e competente , cucina ottima , menù vario , cibo veramente ottimo ben preparato e presentato, la carne veramente top sia come qualità che come cottura. Altamente consigliato.

In una zona altamente turistica è facile incappare in cattive esperienze, invece questa trattoria offre dei piatti tutto sommato onesti. Abbiamo scelto due primi, ed entrambi erano buoni, in particolare la pasta con il mucco, molto apprezzata. Una piacevole e veloce pausa pranzo.

I went to Osteria I Santi with some colleagues of work to celebrate the success of our last project, and the food and service was really good. We have plenty of food, starting with a very simple but very tasty crostinis, followed by some cheese, ham and salami. Next we had Pasta al ragu (with meat). And the last, but not least, a delicious Tagliata with Ruccula and Parmigiano. Everything was delicious. Ver carta

abbiamo soggiornato in questa taverna mercoledì 20 luglio. avevamo precedentemente prenotato un tavolo all'interno con aria condizionata. Fortunatamente perche' Pisa era sexy. Sono stato io con i miei tre figli, mio marito e i miei due genitori. l'amichevole proprietario ha subito dato ai miei figli 3 matite di pinocchio per tenerli tranquilli, il personale molto gentile e sempre con il sorriso. la camera bella, fresca, nuova e pulita. abbiamo mangiato bruschette con pomodoro e lardo, taglierina di formaggio e salumi, lasagne e un tartare di fassona. molto molto bene. e finire prezzi molto onesti! assoluto da consigliare! se siete nella zona siete alla ricerca di nient'altro, non turistico p...

We had a meal here in 2018 and I was keen to come back when we were back in Pisa...it did not disappoint. We had dinner in the evening, 4 adults and my 2 year old nephew. The food was excellent. We had starters of tuscan bread with toppings, brushetta and cheese with honey. For main We had some delicious pasta dishes. My nephew got a huge portion of tagliatelle ragu, they do not have a children's menu that I seen but that was not a problem as he ate almost the whole plate to himself! My brother-in-law said the wild boar ragu was the best meal he had while in Italy. I’ve had half a dozen good meals here and am sorry I haven’t written a glowing review of this place before. Today’s lunch just so perfectly hit the spot that I have to post. I like trippa, tripe, but only in Italy. Today’s trippa Pisana was hearty and rich and not too much for an elderly eater, better than I’ve had in Florence or Rome. I followed it with a mixed salad which I insisted they dress. They didn’t like the idea, but when I added the flattering prescription that this work needed to be done by a proper Italian, not by me, they relented, and it was an uplifting salad, with nothing like the oily downpour I might have committed.
