"it was long since I wanted to try this restaurant and finally the last day of vacation we managed to book. local not too large very well maintained with a pleasant atmosphere. just arrived immediately accompanied to the table and served water and a degotation of local oils. a very generous cup of prosecco bottled for them. the menu includes degotation paths or paper with first and second starters, a choice that I find optimal in order to be able to carefully prepare the dishes. We choose the day's raw fish line with shells is dried and mazzancolle with lard and licorice. very beautiful veneer and quality of raw material. then a cacio and pepper with raw mazzancolle and tagliatelle with raw and spicy pepper, also this excellent. as sweet a crunchy with chocolate filling served with chocolate flavored rum and sorbet tris prepared by them in the fruit (excellent and beautiful strawberry). In summary a really good dinner, right portions and correct price all seasoned with attention and courtesy including meeting with the chef at the end of dinner. Congratulations next year I will book first so maybe I can make two visits."

"the menu is deliberately contained to ensure the freshness of raw materials. the food is well cooked, the place has style and very kind service. these are carabico-spagnole dishes (predominantly tapas some revisited to better adapt to the Italian goto). beyond tapas there are other dishes including good pepper cut and salt of the himalaya. exceptional and substantial bacon burger from two etti to truffle. very good also the bundle and intriguing the Gregorian pecorino salad, pears and roasted almonds. unforgettable the delicious cocoa with walnut ice cream. the cake besides being exquisite we were told to be made without flour. good even if with some fiber too bucconcini of chicken. we now come to the three spots that do not allow us to put 5 stars. The first is the three lace. are very small (they are half as they appear in the photo). the small size and being only three, as goodness satisfies the palate unfortunately is not enough to satisfy also appetite and convenience. therefore in proportion the lace are excessively expensive. second painful note. This is baccalà in batter accompanied by chips. cod is of quality, but the chips (as you see in the photo) as well as being only 3 are of industrial type. They told us they were made at the moment. the waiter, however always very kind, assured us that apart that evening, normally the fish chips and the chips make them. We'll try again. There was also no possibility to order marinated salmon because, from what we reported from the waiter, that night was not in their menu. but it had already happened the previous time. We have asked for better and at that point we have been told that it will not actually be proposed. and here we arrive at the third stage. when in a restaurant you decide not to cook a dish you should remove from the menu and the customer must immediately be told that it will not be clean. among other things, the menu is printed on a very normal a4 paper sheet which can be replaced quickly and easily. otherwise a customer who returns several times to a local specifically to try the given dish (in case the marinated salmon) of which the previous times had been told to lose 'only that evening', when he discovers that instead it is no longer served, he could remain very badly or feel furious. adding: apart from these three stains, the vote is still high (4 out of 5) because everything we ordered (besides the fish chips and chips of that evening) was well cooked and with fresh raw materials with a quality ratio of prices in the most convenient. It is a restaurant that I recommend to try because objectively deserves."

"Everything was really perfect. Best meat a have eaten in a very long time. The antipasto was great, with the best quality. De location is beautiful and easy to park. The service is perfect, the will do anything to do the best service.. our host was giulio was a perfect host. He is looking if you enjoy the evening. "Locale sull'Adriatica a 2 km da Silvi Marina, di apparenza semplice, nell'arredamento le pecore la fanno da padrone. Dotato anche di tavoli esterni e parcheggio dedicato. È inutile dire che gli arrosticini dominano il menù, ma con tutta la ragione del mondo. Ne sono offerti diverse tipologie, e si consigliano gli special, per chi riesce a sopportare il vero piccante, con peperoni verdi che si alternano a filetto e cipolla. Tra gli antipasti le focacce miste sono delicate e saporite, perché accompagnate da formaggio, prosciutto e funghi misti a verdura. Se si considera il livello della qualità della carne utilizzata, il locale è economico. Dai tavoli interni si intravede la famiglia a lavoro. Sicuramente tra i migliori locali del genere di tutta la costa Abbruzzese."
