I told the waitress this as well and she said she’s sorry, but there’s nothing she can do about it. I would not recommend it."

I had a reco from the owner of the Catania Inn. I landed there for a take-away order (fish, Kalamary), had a good Osteria Panecaldo Longdrink during waiting. Recommended.

A huge osteria in the beautiful centre of Catania. Good food but the service was a bit slow and the head waiter was loud and a little bit pesky. The carbonara was amazing.

We had 2 pasta dishes, each for 5 euros (pasta alla Norma and carbonara) and both were delicious. I wasn't able to finish mine. The buffet doesn't look very inviting, though.

We had a lovely evening. We shared the cold cuts plate between two and then we had the spaghetti carbonara and the filetto al gorgonzola. Different types of draft and bottled beer are available. They have a lot of different wines, but I got no suggestions, when I asked for one. I just got served a good one All in all, we would recommend this place.

This was our first restaurant experience in Catania. I have to say that the service was by far the best I had in a long time. Our flight arrived late on Thursday night, and when we came to town, it must have been almost 1 o'clock. We were hired, though they were almost closed. The food was great and we didn't feel for a second. Amazing wine selection

You know that a place is great if they don't overload you for service, wine or water (that was my experience in other places in Catania and around) and bring free limoncello at the end of your meal. Her pasta with shrimps, tomatoes and asparagus was fabulous (the portions are massive) The waiters were very friendly and attentive, and the place has a great atmosphere. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful staff! Orazio Kellner served us a fresh bottle of red wine Sonia e Giovanna super attentive and amicable! Enjoy Medley's food buffet! Caponata, mushroom gratin, eggs, calf cuts, olives, spinach fritter more! Full menu available, pizzas, hot selection of pastas! In the heart of Teatro Massimo! Armed personnel! Back to Resto there is a Panini/Bable for the evening! Music all around sound, wines fill the shelves all around! External/internal seats! Thank you. Pane Caldo! Delish experience! We will return!
