"Besser geht es nicht, wenn man günstig und lecker esse gehen möchte. Alles was 'a la card' bestellt werden kann, ist schon sehr gut und die Bewirtung ist familiär und herzlich. Wer mit der Bewirtung nicht klar kommt, glaube ich, ist selber schuld. Ehrlich, aufrichtig und witzig. Und, das schöne ist, es wird auch alles auf wunsch vorbereitet (Also, wär eine leckere Pizza haben möchte, liebe Alexandra W., mit dünnem Boden, fragt vorher nach :-) ) Denn, man kann immer nach der italienischen Variante fragen, so wie die Betreiber es auch essen würden. Gerne kommen Sie diesem Wunsch nach. Auch auf Kinder wird bestens eingegangen. Mein Sohn, 4 Jahre alt, findet die Pasta mit Bolognese die beste der Welt. Und, wenn man essen geht, bringt bitte ein wenig Zeit mit, es ist kein Mc Betrieb. Und, eine Tischreservierung mache ich grundsätzlich, egal wo ich essen gehe. So können sich alle darauf einstellen. Es lohnt sich dort hinzugehen. Und noch ein kleiner Tip. Fragen Sie den Kellner, Sohn der Eltern, die in der Küche kochen, was er empfehlen würde. Ich bin noch nie enttäuscht worden. Mir fehlt ihre Küche, da ich leider wegziehen musste."

"It used to be our tribal place, even when it was called Wackis Bodega. The location is exceptional. Staff is nice, the 2 stars. But...the pizza there is the worst we've ever eaten after 1/4 pizza we stopped eating them. The floor white, pizza in general tasteless, had ordered extra peperonis instead of putting whole on it, small fuzzels were done on it. When asked for chili oil to give the pizza something taste, we were told that they were not a pizzeria. Yes, man, there's no one to offer if you can't. Supplement to the owner's comment: Years ago, no equal stay was required and this time we gave the restaurant a chance. The pizza was later disposed of."

"Die Entscheidung, meinen Geburtstag im Luitpold zu feiern, war perfekt. Schon in der Vorbereitung lief Alles reibungslos. Die Chefin und das Personal sind nicht nur extrem freundlich, kompetent und hilfsbereit, sondern auch sehr schnell und nie aufdringlich. Dies gilt auch für das liebevoll zubereitete Frühstück, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Ein großes Lob an die Küche, die sowohl bei den Vorspeisen als auch beim Buffet gezaubert und alle Gäste begeistert haben. Für jede Feier sehr zu empfehlen, da die Räumlichkeiten sehr flexibel genutzt werden können. Volle Punktzahl in allen Bereichen ein unvergesslicher Abend."

"Coming to Tengernsee was a very exciting experience for me. Beautiful mountains, astonishing views and lovely winter weather. Coming to this specific restaurant left a very sour taste in my mouth (not literally because the food was lovely). A waitress whom I asked for directions...to the bathroom ignored me blatantly 3 times and i asked a 4th time and she yelled at me 'One minute ' 3 times as though I was some incompetent human. She treated all her other customers with respect except me. So I went and started looking for the bathroom myself. She found me lost and asked me 'WHA 'T ' at which point I told her I was looking for the bathroom and she just stood there pointed in the direction. I am not sure why decided to treat me in particular like sh**t but she did and I am starting to think that she simply did not like me because of the color of my skin. In addition to that as I was walking to the bathroom there was a young man who had his face painted in Black wearing a hat with jamaican colors- clearly doing the whole 'black face ' thing. This is my conclusion: it appears that a country that lives in the shadow of racist past still exists so I suggest you leave this sleepy town that is full of racists who tolerate astonishing appalling behaviour! The food was great but this whole experience has left a very bitter taste in my mouth for Tegernsee generally. My advice to the restaurant owner: As the world becomes more and more interconnected you should know that there will be more diverse looking people who travel and dine in your restaurant. Be more discerning about who you hire, fire those who think they are better than others and keep your brand profile established."

"Because of the name, we had introduced the restaurant a bit more modern. But it is very nice at the lake read with a small lawn. We only ordered drinks; you can also take it on the meadow and the ridge. The staff were also very friendly. Parking is right next door."
