Waiting time for delivery were 1 1/2 hours for a pizza and a burger with pommes is that too long. Pizza was unfortunately not good. I was satisfied with the burger, but the pommes were terrible and at first almost cold.

Our order: 2x 6 Chilli Cheese Nuggets, 1x Pizza Salami and 1x Pizza with ham and salami. What we got: 1x 4(!!! Chilli Cheese Nuggets, 1 Pizza Regina and 1x Pizza Salami (the only thing we had really ordered! Thanks for nothing. Ver carta

We ordered online. the extra cover was missing but was calculated. And instead of the Chili cheese Nuggets, Chicken Nuggets... We also waited for about 30 minutes longer than indicated. Very bad service also when calling afterwards to clarify the matter

The pizza was barely covered. Extremely cut in cheese, so you could hardly taste it. In my opinion, the tomato sauce tasted extremely chemically and cheaply. Overpriced for this performance. Unhöfliche Service and more expensive than prescribed. Never again!!!!

Add to this a faulty delivery: instead of 6 Chili Cheese Nuggets came 5 pappy Chicken Nuggets. A vegetarian would think that's even less funny than me! Complaint is also true of deaf ears... Unfortunately we have made a bad experience with Pacchi Pizza. The delivery came on the one hand more than 1h too late, then incomplete and then after repeated calls and consolations that the rest still comes, nothing came. Cleaning due was quite okay, but not even the family pizzas were cut. We had a lot of patience, but after 5 calls and the announcement in ten minutes there was nothing, it's just enough. Of course we already paid everything in advance...you owe us a pizza and an apology cake! Ver carta
