"We are tapas regulars and as such were thrilled when PACO opened its doors in Vienna's 9th district — right in our neighborhood. Our first visit was either opening night or the day after — but contrary to all of my previous experiences with brand new restaurants, PACO ran smoothly from the start. Reservations are recommended, especially if you want to sit outside in the warm months. The bar is adorable and we often eat there, both as a couple and with friends. There's plenty of room, and the service could not be better. The bar is also a fun place to watch the choreography of the kitchen team — no one is idle, and the team moves around each other seamlessly. About the food...lthough I am not personally huge on fish and seafood, the selection is clearly fresh, displayed each evening on ice with great appeal. The menu doesn't change enough to be disappointing when you have favorites, but is also clearly seasonal with new items brought in. Portions menu-wide are upscale in presentation, not ridiculous in proportion, and we love the in-the-moment pacing of when dishes come to the table. There are two other tapas places within walking distance, and PACO's vibe is definitely distinct from its competition. The fact that a "1st District" level restaurant is rocking the 9th district makes it even more special.The wine selection is fantastic and is always presented just as we want it. I recommend PACO for business dinners as well as for couples and groups of friends. And though I haven't yet dined there solo, I can imagine it being comfortable and friendly to do so. At the risk of never finding a table again because it's so busy, I can't say enough about the amazing job that the PACO team has done to build a neighborhood mainstay so quickly."

Als Berlinerin habe ich bereits vieles gesehen und probiert. Paco ist ein einzigartiges Restaurant nicht nur in Bezug auf die Gerichte, sondern auch bezogen auf das Personal und den Besitzer. Respekt! Man kann dieses tolle Restaurant nur empfehlen! Danke für die wunderbare Bewirtung.

Food is super high quality! Prices are high as well. Location average but 9th district is always nice to visit. Service is top waiters are pleasant and know how to explaining dishes into the details. I don’t personally like 2h of max stay with reservation but I understand the concept.

Die Bedienung war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns für einen Streifzug durch die diversen Tappas entschieden und wurden exzellent beraten. Service sehr freundlich und höflich Vielfalt tolle Karte mit traditionellen spanischen Gerichten Weinauswahl sehr gute Weiß und Rotweine Preis/Leistung sehr gut Ambiente sehr gemütlich und angenehme Atmosphäre Spanien Flair alles ist sehr authentisch Für mich persönlich, die perfekte Wahl, wenn man einen gemütlichen kulinarischen und spanischen Abend verbringen möchte.

Urlaub vom Alltag!Top Produkte, die so authentisch zubereitet werden, dass man glaubt man könnte danach spanisch sprechen. Weil das auf mich keineswegs zu trifft bin ich dankbar für den gut gelaunten Service, der mir trotz voller Terrasse die Speisekarte erklärt und mir gleich die richtigen Empfehlungen gegeben hat.Die offene Küche, das Gewusel und die charismatische spanische Köchin machen das Spanien Feeling perfekt.Preis /Leistung nicht günstig aber reasonable. Einziger Nachteil:Platzreservierung an der Bar nicht möglich.Alles in Allem...neue Pflichtlocation bei meinen Wien Besuchen.
