Pagham Beach Cafe - Carta

We had 2 breakfasts here this week(17 to 21st July 23) and I have to say both times were great food was very good, well cooked and very fast, staff very friendly and accommodating thank you.

Treated like scum from the moment of ordering. Poor quality, minuscule portions, bad attitude. Please avoid. Go to small fry round the corner. This shop ruined our evening. Don’t let it ruin yours.

At first glance looks nice and cheap but my god the portion sizes are tiny. Would not recommend going here unfortunately unless they up the sizes, side of chios for over £3 and the plate was tiny. Very disappointed Ver carta

Steer clear of this place. I ordered fish and chips to take away .Regular cod with chips costing £9.60. The chips had been recooked more than twice and the fish was inedible plus being very small ,not worth the money . I would not recommend this place to anyone visiting Pagham

I ordered pie and chips but the pie had raw pastry. I also ordered two cappuccinos, both times asking for no chocolate, but they both came with chocolate on top. Finally, I had a slice of coffee and walnut cake that was dry and hard. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

While at the beach, we discovered this restaurant located very close by and decided to get takeaway. We sat on the benches outside the cafe to enjoy our meal. Despite the small portions, the food was all served piping hot and tasted delicious. The staff seemed a bit somber, but overall it was a good experience. Ver carta

Was recommended this place for Breakfast and what a great place! Excellent food and value for money and I love the way the place is decorated it's like going back in time to a proper seaside cafe with it's fun bright interior. The food was piping hot and excellent quality, really nice thick bacon and a choice of toast or fried slice, extras are very well priced too. Coffee was very nice as well. service friendly and efficient will be back to try out the lunch menu soon!

We were disappointed with our lunch here. My mother in law had ham egg and chips, she got 1 slice of wafer thin ham. My husband had sausage egg and chips, to which he got 1 sausage. My daughter had the mini burger kids meal, which was decent in size (bigger than adult mains) but had no cheese, despite asking twice. I had a panini which was okay. The biggest disappointment was the 3 milkshakes we ordered. They arrived warm, as if the milk had been left on the side for hours. During another vacation in Pagham, I had more meals from this fantastic cafe, mostly as takeaways. They offer a great selection of quality food such as fish and chips, jacket potatoes, baguettes, and paninis, all cooked freshly and quickly at a good price. The takeaway menu is customizable and includes items from the main menu. I also had one meal inside the cafe, where they served a wide variety of options quickly. The waitress was lovely and very patient with children, accommodating their whims and changes of mind.
