the pamukkale restaurant surprised me very positiw. Finally, there is a Turkish restaurant in kassel, where I can order no dark but correct Turkish dishes. the pamukkale is hidden relatiw, yet it was well visited. it is fashionable and cosy furnishings.The restaurant is not big, actually exactly right. the menu is quite clear but it is for everyone what is there. köfte, Putendöner-Fleisch, chicken or kalbsspieß, salate, dorade etc.Service very dedicated and nice.We were too five here and all it tasted, the suppen very tasty, the meat dishes very tender and juicy, all top. wine card good. the salatbuffet that you can use to the main dish was not so great. there was eisberg, tomate, gurke , mais and peperoni "spot".There we lacked cheese, olives, wobble etc. prices in proportion to the size of the portion and the small selection on the salatbuffe...
