The venue might want to consider placing the cashier at the front to ensure clarity on orders received or follow the Subway model where orders progress only once each stage of a work station is complete. If the restaurant can change how they process orders, it will be much better."

Went for a coffee and tea while shopping yesterday. Hadn't been for years.. used to be really good. Was disappointed.. inside is tatty now and cappuccino was very average.. more like hot milk. Tea was £3... that is too much for tea...

Nice little spot for a coffee and light lunch. Selection of fillings for paninis, baguettes etc, and very tasty they are too. Also some light bites which we haven't tried. Maybe not the widest of choices, though. Coffee is good, and pleasant surroundings.

Just called for some help with dessert for tonight dinner with friends spoke to Franco he was so helpful and really wanted to help with my request. Great customer service A* always great coffee cakes and food also. Thank you guys and please make it so you have Panettone all year round and not just for Xmas ; as I love it!

Just been in for a snack. Really nice and clean. Food was displayed in clean cabinets. Ordered 2 large sausage roll, 2 chocolates filled pastry bites, hot chocolate and an apple juice. I asked for the sausage rolls too be warmed up and they were nicely served at the table together with the drinks. The bill was £14.20. Good value for money and it all tasted really nice. Definitely will come back again. Thank you
