Great place to visit great location nice food and wine but they have a simple lunch menu with lack of vegetarian options but well worth a visit

Perfect place! Really nice people. Great moment! Good for couples, friends, or families. We went there twice during one weekend trip in Winterberg!

The restaurant is nice decorated and from the terrace you can see the rodel-track. The service is average and the restaurant is busy. Prices are ok and toilets are for free. Ver carta

A comfy place with a nice staff, where you can have a good coffee and delicious cake, around a "fireplace" and with a great view to Winterberg. Right besides is the entrance to the Panorama Bridge.

After a hike we decided to have lunch in the Panorama restaurant in Winterberg. We chose the Rosti, one with egg, other with grilled vegetables. It was a simple but very decent lunch in a busy place. Serving was fast but not very friendly. Good value for money.

As in general the food offer for skiers is very limited and unvaried - Panorama is a good choice for lunch. Decent flamkuchen, shnitzels and burgers, and as it is a bit off track (not directly on the slope, but 20m of) - much less crowded than other places in the ski area Ver carta

I have been to Winterberg for several years on holiday and always return to Panorama restaurant. It's a lovely cosy restaurant with friendly, attentive staff, delicious food and very good prices! It's a must visit on your trip to Winterberg to experience the true genuine hospitality of the people of the Hoch Sauerland!

We finished off our weeks skiing at the Cafe-Restaurant Panorama with an evening meal on Friday 20th February 2015. We had popped in for drinks earlier in the week, and decided that as it was 100yds from where we were staying, it would be worth a go. When booking, the staff were very helpful, and this continued when we arrived for our meal. The waitress was excellent, with prompt (but not in your face) service. The food was excellent, and the total bill for six (main meal, drinks and desserts) was 130 Euro's - so superb value. What more can you say. This is definitely one to visit.

We went for an evening meal, so I cannot comment on the 'panoramic' views, although I am assured they are nice. I went with a large party of 60 people and everyone seemed to enjoy the meals. I had a lovely mixed salad with chicken which was a good size and filling. A few had the potato Rosti and although it didn't look great, it tasted really nice.The staff were friendly and service efficient. We had a number of children in our party and the staff were able to cater for them and served their food first.My only comment would be that although the food was mid range price, the drinks were on the expensive side.
