"we were in the restaurant to take a little lunch snack. the service was initially very accommodating. on the menu is the court "soup of the day." we ask us what this is and a part of us ordered this (Asian suppe) . according to the card cost factor 3.90€. in principle, the suppe was not recommended, what should have been asia is puzzling, apart from that, the suppe simply did not taste. one person left almost the whole suppe back, another half. the other courts were o.k. to good. on the bill, the suppe was calculated at once with 5,90€ p.P. (which was only apparent to us later) on complaint with a waiter, he replied only unfriendly that it had been a one-pot size, the other portion was only small. first: service and courtesy look different! second: if I ask as a customer specifically for a court, then I don't just bring the xl version. why does the waiter decide whether a court is too small for the customer? the half flew yes eh in the end in the müll. Clearly, simply bringing everything in xl size naturally makes a better deal, most of them take it too. Thirdly, a part of us already comes many years here in the holiday and went to eat there frequently, i.e. have left a lot of money over the years. all the more disappointing that the service was not able to explain and clarify the chess friendly, but in the lowest draw. well, who can give up customers it probably does not have to. we are no longer coming back and will not recommend the restaurant. because how it sounded out in the forest."
