Not always a huge fan of pappa John's but these guys are genuinely very good, excellent base and the chess and toppings were well cooked.

Hours Later called just to tell me they were out of Tomatoes and Cheese. They cancelled my order via Uber Eats without a refund stating the reason: PapaJohns had started preparing your order, hence no refund. Extremely Dissatisfied. Ver carta

Papa John's pizza is incredibly delicious. I ordered Papadias, pizza, and some sides, and they were all really tasty. They even gave me some great deals on my order. Papa John's is the best in town! Go check it out, you won't be disappointed.

Never had a problem with the pizzas from here and delivery has always been quick. Had an issue with the app tonight for a pizza collection (which meant I’d ordered 3 pizzas, without realising!!! couldn’t have been more helpful about sorting it out. Thanks!!!

I've been a regular at this particular Papa John's for around three years now and I have to say it's a truly amazing takeaway. The pizza is delicious and some of their sides are really nice too, and the delivery is always quick. Definitely my favourite pizza place in Oxford! Ver carta

I've ordered and paid for two large pizzas for a kids playdate and received two medium pizzas. When called the store, the staff was very rude saying that I hadn't counted the slices properly. Then offered to swap the pizzas?! Which was absurd as I had already waited for 1h to receive the pizzas and was supposed to wait for another 1h with the wrong pizzas untouched to swap for the large ones. The kids were starving... I suggested the refund of the price difference and the staff went crazy and hang up the phone. I've tried to call again many times, without success. The worst costumers services ever! Avoid this place !

After finally reaching Papa John's at 13:55pm, they promised the pizza would arrive in 5 minutes. However, I had already sent my colleagues off to find food elsewhere. When I requested a refund, the operator initially pushed back and insisted I contact the driver instead. After some persistence, they reluctantly agreed to issue a refund but made a snide remark about not receiving the pizza. It was frustrating to not only wait nearly 2 hours for the food, but also be misled about its delivery time without any apology from the restaurant. The lack of accountability and attempt to avoid issuing a refund was disappointing.

I have been waiting for my order for 1.5 hours and it's still not here on a night that isn't even particularly busy. This has been the case the few times I've ordered from this restaurant in the past couple of years, which is why I only order from them twice a year at most. Every time I call, they give me a weak excuse about staffing levels or something similar, but they continue to offer a service that they can't deliver on. The pizza is okay when it finally arrives, but by that time, you're so frustrated that you can't even enjoy it. There are plenty of other pizza delivery options out there, so why put yourself through this? My advice is to just avoid this restaurant altogether. Ver carta
