Papa John's - Carta

Really enjoyed my pizza from papa John’s. Always great taste and always delivered hot. Would recommend

I only had the takeaway from here, it is a Papa Johns, so the same all over the country. The place is clean when you enter.

Simply terrible. Cant ever get a home delivery. Also only open until 11pm where as Brentwood is open until 3am. Put of area for basildon delivery Ver carta

Ordered online took the money over an hour later had to call to find out the food isn't coming. No reason no instant refund no apolog. Awful service and attitude Can't zero score unfortunately

I found a piece of metal in my pizza, and almost swallowed it. This completely ruined what was otherwise a pleasant meal. I am extremely disappointed and will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

Won't be back kitchen was filthy , driver cut my pizza wearing no uniform and then I see the same guy at the back taking his delivery out in the car a red Citroen c1 . Pizza was poorly made also photos will be added . Ver carta

I ordered my pizza and was waiting over an hour and no show. They took the money from my bank and I called up 3 times with no answer. Shame because I do love papa johns pizza but I just don’t think I can order from here again

So we ordered 2 pizzas and 1 side dish online, on a quiet Sunday night... we rang after 45 minutes as usually here in 30 minutes. We’re told should be here within an hour, fair enough might be busier than we though. Range after an 1 hour 15 minutes and were advised it’s now on route... 20 minutes later and still not here and we are only 10-15 minute drive from Papa Johns... over 1 hour 30 minutes is a joke... Dominos it is next time!

Ordered a delivery tonight, as a student nurse i have just finished a 13 hour shift and was looking forward to a takeaway. Food ordered at 7.15 and delivered 40 minutes later cold and incorrect. I called the store who instead of delivering a new pizza (like most chains would) decided to deliver 'just ' the toppings...this was a further 20 minutes later...at which point the pizza was cold!! Gave the pizza back to the delivery driving stating i was not eating that- and wanted a refund....rang the store...they refused a refund! i have contacted their customer services....manager 'Sid ' as he calls himself is an absolute joke! Don 't order from here, food, staff and management are awful. Ver carta
