Papageno - Carta

Gambas waren nicht alle entdarmt aber von guter Qualität. Essen war lecker und preislich in Ordnung. Gerne wieder aber nicht meine erste Wahl.

the food card withdraws, how carefully the pizza dough is prepared and in the did it is a good pizza, though too thick for my taste. Piizza toppings are however of average quality. Our pasta dishes could be especially desired by thick, sticky nudes. salates are also of average quality and creativity. the choice of weeping through the glass should also be increased. great location!

Meine Kolleginnen u ich hatten dort unsere Weihnachtsfeier . Der Service war kompetent u amüsant :-) Alle waren begeistert vom Essen , egal ob Nudeln , Pizza oder der Salat . Es war eine nette Runde mir toller Weinbegleitung , die passend zu unserem Essen empfohlen wurde. Schade ist , dass es keine Parkplätze gibt .... dafür ist das Restaurant mitten in der tollen Regensburger Altstadt an der Donau. Ver carta

small menu, but nice well made eating delicious homemade limonade. Drinks are usually wein nice restaurant design, cozy in the evening good prices, 13-18€ for main course (2021) -very small menu, only pasta/pizza, we did not find anything for meat lovers, only 2 variations of pasta with...beef no daily food card, dishes are always the same -prepared as compliment from the restaurant, now no more. That's a shame.

Wir kamen spontan an einem Abend unter der Woche und haben noch ohne Reservierung einen Platz bekommen obwohl es schon sehr voll war (Feiertag). Service war sehr freundlich und das Essen war richtig lecker. Einzige Kritik ist die Wartezeit auf die Hauptspeise, das hat viel zu lange gedauert (fast 2 Stunden!). Dies ist nicht akzeptabel auch wenn viel los ist und alle Pizza bestellen. Getränke kamen sehr schnell ohne Wartezeit. Man kann auch draußen sitzen mit Blick zur Steinernen Brücke.

we were here for our first night. it wasn't as romantic as I thought it was, but the staff was great, the drinks were delicious, and the food was good. the salads are huge, perfect for sharing. the filet. was decent, the freshly made gnocchi was wonderful. the atmosphere is more casual, ideal for everyday restaurants, groups and families. there is no parking near, but there are street parkings up and down the block. we will be back. I have to try their pears tortellini filled with hazelnuts! Ver carta

A great setting by the lake. Excellent starters, but from there it went downhill. My wife had the risotto with seafood, and the risotto was too salty and watery. I had the spaghetti vongole a classic dish. When it arrived almost all of the clams was closed. I complained and waited for a new dish. After 15 minutes the waiter came with a bowl with new clams (2 on the top was also closed – the rest was fine). BUT my pasta from the first dish was not replaced!! The people working there has absolutely no idea on how to service a busy restaurant.

Well, we are visiting Regensburg. And thank god we decided against this Pizza Chain starting with an L. Papageno was incredibly good. The whole service crew payed so much attention not only for us but also to all other guests. Even very special requests were delivered in seconds. We felt spoiled. Thanks a lot. We travel a lot to Italy and have a very high standard of Pizza. But we can surely say: Our food was really a blast!!Fresh tomato taste, crusty and soft dough, perfect mozzarella and the right temperature. Location directly at the Donau is unbeatable. Congratulations. You got an Oasis in Regensburg.

Am Samstag Abend bin ich spontan mit meiner Freundin zum Essen ins Papageno, leider ohne Reservierung. Natürlich war - wie zu erwarten - der komplette Aussenbereich voll. Das sehr freundliche und durchaus super organisierte Serviceteam bot uns an, einen Moment drin im Restaurant Platz zu nehmen und uns schon mal ein Getränk zu bestellen. Nach ein paar Minuten hatten wir Glück und wir wurden - wie versprochen - vom Personal zu einem freien Tisch auf der wunderbaren Terrasse gebracht. Die Lage an der Donau ist echt wunderschön und man kann bei hervorragendem Essen, kühlen Getränken und angenehmen Temperaturen einen tollen Abend in bester Atmosphäre verbringen.
