Great location, got a seat without a reservation. The food is amazing! The pizza dough is amazing. The ricotta and spinach tortellini are outstanding. The price is a bit high, but worth every cent. I'd go back anytime

Den Ausschlag gab die durchgehende Öffnungszeit am Sonntag,dass wir dieses Lokal ausgesucht haben. Als wir gegen 14.30 dort ankamen,war das Lokal proppe voll und nur wenige Tische im Aussenbereich frei. Zum Glück k bekamen wir nach ca 10 Minuten einen Tisch im Lokal. Zugegeben, es war laut, aber der Service war sehr freundlich die Vorspeisen ok und zum yHauptgericht machte man es möglich, dass dogar insere Sonderwünsche erfüllt wurden. Besonders angenehm dabei war,dass man uns fragte, ob wir den Preis auch akzeptieren! Toll! Wir kommen wieder Ver carta

The food was really tasty, the service was mediocre at best. Personally, I have worked in the catering industry for a long time and I value proactive service. That said, I don't like seeking the attention of a waiter who then acts annoyed when I want to order. This was noticeable throughout our visit with low to medium occupancy. In addition, we received our food 10-15 minutes apart, which is obviously stupid for two of us. However, I guess I wasn't charged for another Coke after a wasp flew into the full bottle. We ate truffle tagliolini and a SUGOBO pizza. The pizza was very good with fresh basil and the tagliolini with truffles were worth the money and really enjoyable. 5 stars for the fo...

Wir mussten 20 Minuten warten, bis wir überhaupt bestellen durften. In dieser Zeit haben wir einen Kellner gebeten, bestellen zu dürfen. Der Kellner sagte uns beide Male, dass er nur für Getränke zuständig sei, den fürs Essen zuständigen Kellner aber zu uns schickt. Es dauerte dann aber, wie gesagt, 20 Minuten, bis wir endlich bestellen durften. In dieser Zeit konnten wir gut beobachten, wie diverse Kellner damit beschäftigt waren, sich miteinander oder mit anderen Gästen zu unterhalten. Das bestellte Essen wurde dann so serviert, dass einer von uns sein Essen zuerst bekam, die anderen zwei erst 10 Minuten später. The Papanova now looks more like a smoky train station bar than a restaurant. The outdoor seating is so tight that you have to move tables to get to your place without clearing the neighboring table. The proximity to the other guests meant that we sat non-stop between cigarette and vape smoke, which made the meal extremely unpleasant (and I say that as a smoker). It's the first time I had to air out my clothes on the balcony after eating. In addition, there was a background of noise that was constantly increasing, so that at times it was difficult to understand the person I was talking to.
