Paprika Indian Takeaway

We have used Paprika for years. We have never been disappointed. Tonights lamb saag balti (madras hot) was outstanding.

I ordered a farewell. armed on time. chicken tikka badam ich und chicken malaya. I and my man really enjoyed eating. will definitely be used again. can't be blamed at all. absolutely beautiful

Vegetarian main had bits of chicken in it. Safe to say I am deeply upset at the lack of care given to prepare vegetarian/meat options. Will never eat here again and I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered!! Ver carta

take them away for our jubilee....loved it! madras beautiful consistency and taste and hot that I enjoy. butter chicken and keema reis were also beautiful, plus delivered earlier than expected! can wait for our next.

excellent customer service of paprika this evening always here for my inder had never had a problem until tonight ordered 2 lamm shishliks got 1 and 1huh, they called up and they had a replacement for me in half an hour!

the first time we used this place, as our usual takeaway was closed. the food arrived on time and was hot. I wasn't sure what to expect as some of the reviews weren't great, but I think we might have just found our new take, as eating was excellent. I eat Indian/Bangladeshi/Pakistani often eat in birmingham) and that was there with some of the best I had. Ver carta

Following an online order I plated up my meal and tucked in. Unfortunately within a few mouthfuls I found a metal press stud within the Chicken madras. I called the restaurant immediately, they took my contact number and i'm still awaiting a call back. They did offer there and then to replace my meal but as you can imagine I wont be eating from there ever again as I consider this to be a food hygiene issue and could have caused severe issues if swallowed. I have decided to give until the end of this week until I escalate.

If I could give this less than a star I would have waited an hour and a half for the food bear in mind it was just chicken tikka masala chips rice and two lots of naan bread. I called up to see where it was after an hour he told me it was on its way. Waited another 10 minutes he said it was leaving soon I said it was getting late and he said it wasn’t bear in mind it was nearly 12. Finally arrives then realise one naan bread is missing the chips are uncooked in the middle the masala was cold would never order from here again terrible food terrible service

I ordered a Biryani via the Just Eat app, in the “comments” section I requested a madras sauce. When the meal arrived it came with a creamy lentil sauce. I called Paprika to query the order and was rudely told they don’t read comments I should have telephoned the request through. I’m just glad I didn’t comment on an allergy ! I raised a case with Just Eat who said they can’t ask vendors to read comments suggested I should have telephoned it through. That ivsuggests renders the App pointless, I may as well just telephoned the vendor in future. Paprika’s response was rude obstructive, I will not use them again. I binned the meal. Ver carta
