"Came in with family to have a drink and pastry while wandering around London. Ordered 3 drinks to drink in, never received a tea spoon, when asked, received 1. Bare in mind we had 3 different drinks. Ordered 1 sweet and 2 savoury pastries, blonde lady behind the counter said she will warm it up, she literally put hot dog sandwich in the microwave for 5 second in front of me, when she hand me that plate I checked the sandwich and it was cold, I had to call her back, she literally blow her eyes telling me that it's warm, I told her it is not and asked to warm it up properly. She then put the sandwich back in the microwave for a whole minute. Place was pretty empty, but everything around was dirty, all tables full of crumbles, corners full of empty dirty plates and cups. Felt very unwelcome. Toilets are disaster too, messy with no toilet paper. Pastries and coffee are nice, but to save the hassle and your mood probably is better, just have as take away."

Bad, really bad! Expensive, the food looks old, disgusting coffee and no spoons no tissue. Dirty shop and the worst…the hand sanitiser. Not suggested!

Very disappointed with the quality of the pastries and pastries (hard and not fresh), plus the service is not up to par, I have been twice and will never return again!

I had a lovely relaxing time out of the hustle and bustle of London, in Paul. It was light, bright and clean inside, with plenty of space. Staff were friendly and helpful and the food and coffee was lovely! I had a pain au rasin, and later on tried a macaron. Wonderful. Definitely would recommend.

Very surprised by the poor service, quality of food served. My wife and I asked for a snack and tea/coffee in mugs to eat in. First, the snacks were given in a bag to take away, and when reminded about eating in, were put in a plate. The tea/ coffee took at least 20 minutes after repeated reminders and after being initially served in take away paper cups. Have very good experiences with eating at Paul in various countries around the world. This Paul in Baker Street does not fit the mould. Even Starbucks is better

I recently ordered a birthday cake at this place, opting for their caramel and chocolate cake, and it was an absolute delight! From the first bite to the last, every mouthful was a treat to the senses. The caramel and chocolate flavors were perfectly balanced, creating a rich and indulgent experience. The cake itself was moist and flavorful, and the presentation was impeccable. I couldn't have asked for a better centerpiece for my celebration. PAUL truly exceeded my expectations, and I'll definitely be returning for more of their delicious creations in the future!
