"We have been eating at Paul’s since 1997 when his restaurant was located in Redmile and called Feathers. We followed him to Bottesford and experienced same exceptional service and food. We took many visitors there during our time in England. Most recently, we traveled to England from USA and celebrated our wedding anniversary here. Food continues to be outstanding. We couldn’t get a taxi or Uber from Bottesford back to West Bridgford where we were staying, so his two daughters drove us back after restaurant closed. Outstanding food, atmosphere and service. Thank you again to his two daughters. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5"

Brilliant experience. Every time around I visit Paul‘s. Delicious food from fish to meat to veg. Super friendly service and lovely decorated restaurant. Always a pleasure to go there.

A friend had recommended Paul’s Bistro to me, so I booked a table for lunch with friends who were visiting the area. The restaurant was spotlessly clean and the staff very friendly and welcoming. The lunch menu was full and varied with something suitable for every taste, and the food we had was excellent and at a reasonable price! I will certainly visit Paul’s again and I have already recommended it to a few friends. John Ben
