The staff is lovely and very accommodating. The variety of food options is exceptional. Our food arrived promptly and was also affordable. Overall, a highly enjoyable dining experience!

I ordered a chicken burger with an extra chicken breast and cheese. When I got home, there was no extra breast and no cheese! It was very disappointing for such a straightforward order.

Front door looks like Zoo Dirty tables,rubbish on floor&fries etc. entering wc disgusting look’s like they clean that area once a week so can imagine what’s going behind in the kitchen been few times and last time Ver carta

Ordered 6 piece family platter received 4 pieces. I called the takeaway, in very short I was called a liar, i lost it at this point. They did deliver the missing food which we originally paid for. Very bad customer service. We will never use again.

food good, personal should do better on customer service and not stingy. don't ask for sauces because they are not worth the question. to illuminate on taste and taste, watery. the employees do not offer wipes or fabrics, which is essential in the order of food.

Absolutely love the brand of pepes and eat at quite a lot of locations, but Bracknell seems to take an extreme amount of time on delivery, they water down the garlic sauce massively and only provide half portions. Slightly letting the brand of pepes down with the quality unfortunately. Ver carta

I received a negative review about a year ago when my order was unexpectedly canceled after waiting for 40 minutes in the evening. However, despite this experience, I am still a loyal customer and continue to enjoy the food at this restaurant. The meals are consistently delicious, with great wings and hot, tasty burgers. Thank you for the enjoyable dining experience!

edit I change my 2 stars to 4 after using pepes a few times, it was recently fab and so much better than the first visit, the big one is: the salat was delicious, chips piping hot, great service the first time you try to eat here. I ordered the bbq sizzler as it said it had jalapenos that I love. sad not a jalapeno, that was really dissapointing. the food was also warm. pepsi only tasted carbonated water, so was thrown away. chips were delicious and hot, the only reason in rating 2 stars.

Very expensive, Prices are up in sky. Customer Service was very bad, we order 2 Pepsi and got 2 Tango instead, ok not a big deal mistake happen. But our meal order was not what we ordered. Again that's fine as we were hungry can't be bothered to change it. But to make thing horribly wrong the chicken was still raw and red inside. We complain to the cashier Rohan but their was no reaction as if it was a normal thing for them. By the way be ready to clean the table where you will sit. As they are very busy. No social distancing measure in place. We will not go there again. Ver carta
