"I went to order from here with high hopes due to other reviews and i have mixed opinions. I ordered online for picked and opted to pay with cash. The procedure was easy and they gave me an accurate pick up time so my food was ready when i got there. The ladies behind desk were really nice and the service was quick. After i left multiple people went in who sounded like regulars so i went with an open mind. Food wise, we ordered egg fried rice, chicken chow mein, duck pancakes , chips and sweet and sour chicken balls. The egg fried rice didnt taste like normal egg fried rice and was pretty bland, same with the noodles. The sweet and sour sauce was overly sweet and the plum sauce was really salty. The chips were alright. For me i didn’t mind the meal but it didn’t have as much flavour as i would’ve liked! It was quite expensive but the portion sizes for what we got were enough to share between 3-4 people. If you want a quick chinese on a hungry day i would recommend here. We were given a price over the phone, but when the food was delivered it was £10 more, we even asked for the price. Received a new menu and still the price was over £3 more tha the new menu, and that's included the delivery. I have been going to peters for over 30 years won't go there again. Felt sorry for the delivery guy who has been here numerous times, I apologized to him for not giving a tip.
