Pho - Menú

I really appreciate how most of the menu is gluten-free. I have never experienced any issues dining here.

Most items on menu are GF. Pho’s website indicates which those with intolerance should avoid. Many options for healthy minded. London Westfield location asked about allergies before finalizing order which was greatly appreciated.

I absolutely love this restaurant, the food quality and customer service is unmatched for me. In particular the girl with tattoos and makeup is so sweet and helped me out with all my questions on the menu ! Big love for this company. Will be a loyal customer at this shop!

We had a fantastic lunch at Pho. The food was delicious and the staff went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. The manager who took our order was extremely polite and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. We can't wait to go back soon!

This chain says their entire menu is gluten free, except for the hoisin sauce on the tables. I've eaten at loads of these restaurants across London and this one once before and been fine but for some reason I had a really bad reaction yesterday after eating the summer rolls and pho. Not sure what went wrong? But I think perhaps they added celery, which I'm also intolerant to. So maybe it wasn't gluten after all.

The service and quality of food at this restaurant are unparalleled. Whenever I visit, I am greeted with a smile and served a generous portion of fresh Vietnamese cuisine. It brings back memories of the eateries I frequented back home in California. The food is delicious and I must give a special shoutout to the assistant manager Stella, who consistently provides excellent service. I highly recommend giving them a try!

The ordering process was simple, as we ordered 2 vegan chicken rice noodle dishes for £12.50 each and 2 drinks for £4.20 each. Unfortunately, the noodles were bland and lacked flavor, not to mention they were not served hot and had cold spots. When we brought this up to the staff, the only solution offered was some chili sauce. The drinks were also underwhelming, just a small glass of average squash. Overall, we were disappointed with the experience and won't be coming back.

I have dined at several of this chain's restaurants in London and on this one occasion, I found the food to be delicious. The entire menu is advertised as gluten-free, except for the Hoisin sauce available on the tables. However, after consuming the summer rolls and Pho, I experienced a severe reaction. I am unsure of the cause, but suspect it may have been due to the presence of celery, which I have an intolerance to. It is possible that the reaction was not related to gluten.
