Absolutely terrible service, I would go as far as to say the worst I have ever experienced. It was a total joke. The food was average at best.

I had a delicious meal at a reasonable price. The restaurant was warm and welcoming, and I would definitely return. It's one of the few Thai restaurants in Shetland.

I made the mistake of visiting this establishment with my partner, both in our sixties, and was met by an extremely rude and nasty owner who waved large knife around from behind the counter as he repeatedly said NO, NO, NO. a very unnerving and disturbingly unpleasant experience, I will most certainly not be returning. Today me and my friends went to the Phu Siam for dinner and it was so great. I got the Rad Prig with chicken and spicy chips as the side. The food was splendid and the sauce added a grand flavour. Brad, our waiter was so lovely and welcoming and made us feel as though we could ask anything when needed. Lovely service and great experience overall. LOVED the interior design and would DEFINETLY go again.

We enjoy eating Thai food, so we decided to give this restaurant a try since it had good reviews. However, the ambiance was disappointing with bright lighting and melamine tables adorned with Thai-style runners.
