"The shrimp was done to perfection: delicious, fresh, moist, easy to eat and cooked just right. Served on a bed of black rice that enhanced the mild flavour of the shrimp. Served with a delightful white wine with a hint of sweetness, just the way I like it. The deserts looked so good I had to have 2. The yogurt was delicious and refreshing after the meal with just the right amount of honey and nuts and dried fruit. The cake was also delicious, with a wonderful flavour, mild sweetness, fresh and moist complimenting the Turkish coffee with just a little sugar. The meal ended with ouzo as all meals in Greek restaurants should. The restaurant was almost full but itt seemed we were never waiting for friendly and knowledgeable service and advice, when asked, on recommended dishes. The price was reasonable for such a wonderful meal with outstanding service. And finally the location was on a small street very close to the centre of Salamanca and the many places I wanted to see while there. Thank you Pita gr!! See you when I return."

Got surprised to find a piece of Greece in Salamanca. One of the best gyros I've ever tasted, good variety of dishes, excellent service and reasonable prices.

This lovely restaurant is very convenient, less than 5 minutes walk from the main square. The food was excellent, a true sample of Greek food. The kids loved the Greek burger, in pita bread. Large portions at a great price. Very good and friendly service. We will definitely go back again.

Experimentamos un almuerzo excelente (4 platos diferentes incluyendo mejillones, tzatziki, hummus, increíble queso y ensalada griega complementados con vino sabroso) con un servicio excelente y un dueño muy amable siempre cerca para asegurarse de que tengas todo lo que necesitas. Además de la excelente carne, la cocina griega ofrece suficientes opciones para los visitantes vegetarianos, lo cual fue muy apreciado. ¡Definitivamente un lugar al que volveríamos!

As I love Greek food, I was surprised to find the original taste of Greek in food in Salamanca. This THE Greek food place for you to enjoy. My taste buds thanked me for eating here. Most important is also the easy-going, real GREEK casual atmosphere. Dimitris, who is Greek himself, is a great host who will take care of you upon arrival. The great staff will make you feel right at home. Most importantly is that this some of the best Greek food outside of Greece without the blabla. The pita was out of this world. Very friendly people and good value for the price. Take your family, you will see. I will be back.
