"Nous voulions absolument essayer ce Restaurant(parce que les évaluations sur TA sont bonnes et que j´adore la cuisine Indienne) depuis des mois déjà. Nous avions essayé en janvier, mais c´était fermé et comme nous ne sommes que quelques fois par an dans le secteur, c´est seulement lundi dernier que nous avons réussi. Nous sommes arrivés trop tôt, à 11h30 alors que le Restaurant n´ouvre qu´à midi. Le personnel de salle n´était pas encore là mais le cuisinier, qui ne parle qu´anglais, nous a gentiment permis d´attendre sur place (il pleuvait). De ce fait, premiers arrivés, nous n´avons pas attendu longtemps pour être servis comme mentionné par plusieurs clients. Nous avons très très bien mangé. Les portions sont grandes. A noter qu´il s´agit de plats du sud de l´Inde, dont la cuisine est moins connue chez nous et bien différente des saveurs du nord. Le sourire de la dame nous réchauffera le Coeur encore longtemps. Le décor est également charmant. Nous reviendrons très certainement."

"Wie der Name schon sagt, handelt es sich hier um eine Art "Besenwirtschaft" in einem der berühmtesten Häuser direkt am Marktplatz in Esslingen. Einfache schwäbische Küche. Hier ist für jeden was dabei.Wir waren schon öfters hier, da aber das Lokal sehr gut besucht ist, muss unbedingt reserviert werden.Schnitzel, Rostbraten, Salate, etc. alles frisch und super lecker !Portionen auch mehr als ausreichend.Mit Abstand die besten "schwäbischen Maultaschen mit Kartoffelsalat" in der Region. Tolle Auswahl an Getränken. Besondere Biere (auch aus Bayern) oder Weine der besten Winzer der Umgebung. (z.B. Weingut Kusterer) oder auch die selbergebrannte Schnäpse. Einfach toll.Dazu noch ein herausragendes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis !Das Lokal ist sehr schön eingerichtet, aber für meinen Geschmack ein wenig zu hell ausgeleuchtet, dies geht auf Kosten der Gemütlichkeit.Alles in Allem eines der besten schwäbischen Lokale in Esslingen."

"Wir haben einen wunderschönen Abend mit guten Freunden nach sehr treffender Empfehlung meiner Eltern im Restaurant Brunnenstuben verbracht. Das von außen unscheinbare Restaurant, überrascht innen mit toller Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Eine für uns bisher versteckte Perle- dies hat sich den Abend über immer wieder erneut gezeigt. Der Service ist freundlich, unaufdringlich, gewitzt wie charmant und auf eine Art und Weise aufmerksam, wie man es sich von vielen gut „dekorierten“ Restaurants nur wünschen könnte. Wir entschieden uns für ein Menü. Auch hier war es kein Problem, dass alle vier Gäste Etwas austauschen wollten. Die Produkte waren von exzellenter Qualität und die Gerichte mit viel Verstand und Finesse zubereitet. Eine ingesamt nicht nur tolle Tellersprache ohne zu viel „chi-chi“, sondern im Ganzen authentisch und einfach sehr lecker. Hier bekommt man etwas für sein Geld geboten! Die Weinkarte lädt neben regionalen und sehr trinkenswerten Weinen auch in andere Regionen und Länder ein. Das macht Spaß! Auch das Angebot den Digestif betreffend kann sich durchaus sehen lassen. Ebenfalls toll: Fahrer und Andere, die beim Alkohol etwas kürzer treten müssen (oder wollen), kommen auf ihre Kosten! In diesem Fall hat uns besonders ein nordischer Digestif- u.a. aus Birkensaft- begeistern können. Wir bedanken uns recht herzlich und kommen bestimmt wieder!"
