"determined to try after that many good reviews and we were not disappointed. the staff was beautiful and very friendly and apologised for the time we had to wait when it was very busy. we certainly did not notice when we hate to be hastened when we go for a meal and it was obvious that everything was freshly cooked. my partner and I had both to start the homemade laekkartoffel soup that came with warm brot then my other half had the piri piri piri huhn kebab and I had the rib eye steak that was amazing. also the offer of drinks was good. we didn't have space for dessert, although next time I have to try the starter to try the sticky toffee pudding! we will definitely come back."

"Booked over the phone the day before to reserve a table I've been meaning to visit for a while I wish I had visited sooner. Stunning little cafe. We arrived 10 minutes early and the cafe was filling up nicely the smell of coffee was lovely. Nice easy laid out menu plenty to chose from I ordered pot of tea, beef onion panini which was absolutely stunning with coleslaw and salad. The service was great really friendly server who was all masked up and wearing the correct PPE, food was well presented and delicious. We had to wait a little while to order our desserts as the cafe was quite busy and a few joe public were queuing outside for take away coffee's. There was facilities out in the back yard with tables etc for people with dogs to sit. I had a cherry scone with my own little pot of jam cream would recommend you try this. Each table had its own hand sanitizer which I thought was great for little ones who can't keep there fingers out of there mouths. Overall 5 stars will definitely be returning in the near future. To help support our local businesses during these tough times this place is one that we need to support to still be around when Covid is no more. Very reasonably priced, loved it."

"Updated Lovely food, great service from friendly and efficient staff. Prices are fair. Whats not to like, defo going back. That was my review from 2 years ago. Not been since due to living abroad so a visit was a must. How things change. Although the food was slow in coming that wasnt the issue, it was cold on arrival. Portion size was definitely smaller, especially the rice. We had to order extra rice and was shocked at the price and the less than half a cup portion size. That portion was a joke right !!!! For what you get and for the overall portion sizes .. it was well overpriced. It was busy with parties and celebrations so I guess they are now catering for large groups, which is a shame. "Eaten here a few times and it just seems to even better. Seen a review saying this could be the best Middle Eastern restaurant in South Manchester and I wouldn’t disagree. The food is exemplary, staff are nice and depending when you go it varies from chilled quieter in the week to busy at weekends. It’s BYO drinks so if you’ve arrived not realising you can nip round the corner to Sainsbury’s local which is a few metres away. Food pics may not do it justice but it’s a classic meze choice of starters from humous dips, breads, baba ghanoush etc, mains are a great selection and desserts are classic Middle Eastern home cooked, the baklava is highly recommended. Vegetarian options: Plenty to choose from fully vegan to traditional vegetarian dishes. It’s a great choice for mixed groups. Parking: The paid parking at Village Square and Meadway are both less than a 100m away with loads of spaces and app parking (Ringo app) or coins, and only about 30p an hour. Don’t risk parking in unpaid spots or businesses as it upsets locals and you risk a fine as PCN are highly active with bramhall being a relatively compact village centre. Kid-friendliness: Very family friendly place albeit kids obviously need to like Middle Eastern food or be open minded. That said chicken skewers and rice is universally popular."
