Pizza Express - Carta

Food was lovely and service was good, but the temperature was a little cold.

Great service. Unfortunately the last couple of times I have been to Pizza Express Carmarthen, the pizza has been undercooked. The thin base was supposed to be crispy but was soggy! Not good enough, especially as it cost £15.

Very bad customer service every time I eat here with my family. Staff need to be taught how to be polite, friendly and helpful in the hospitality business. Real shame as there isn't many places to eat out that satisfy on a group of people. Also pizzas are very small for the price.

This place royally takes the biscuit. £20 for three slices of cheese cake, all of which were in a box on their lonesome, no ice cream, cream or anything with them and each slice being literally the length and width of my thumb! Almost £7 each for these mind .... I don't know if I should be annoyed or if its the most hilarious thing I have ever encountered. Pizza Express please sort this out and stop ripping people off.
