Pizza Express - Carta

Great time and always able to get a table whenever we go in. The service is always good and the food is always warm.

We ate here Wednesday early evening with our family. Good food and very friendly staff as usual. The children always enjoy their food here. Good atmosphere.

Staff need training on customer service very rude no manners while taking our order,everything was a big hassle for a family of five,got up and left..!!! Such a same as we love the food but manners cost nothing spoilt our evening out Ver carta

The staff evidently don’t know the service steps and need better/more training. The service left a lot to be desired but the food was fine, I probably would avoid this place in the future if it wasn’t one of the only sit down places in...the Valley.

Went to pizza express after a while due to lockdown and were reassured by the friendliness of the staff. Especially our waitress for the evening, (long blonde hair, glasses and a black face mask) who was very natural and welcoming; just what was needed! Thank...you!

Half term lunch with the kids and the staff were amazing. very friendly, not a sour stressed face even though they were very busy. Service was a bit slower than usual but it was busy and we weren't in a hurry so was happy to...wait! Food was fantastic. I looooved the fiorentina...so good! This is our first visit to pizza express since lockdown and we took advantage of the eat out to help out scheme. We booked a table in advance and were warmly greeted by the waiter who explained to us how the new ordering process worked....As I have generally found with pizza express, the food is of consistent quality, kids are well catered for and the atmosphere is bustling without being too noisy. This occasion lived up to those expectations with the added benefit of being cheaper with the government subsidy which made the meal incredible value for money. Will definitely be returning before the end of August...

Made a booking over the phone only to arrive and be told they didnt have it. They found us a table eventually and we were seated promptly. Had to ask for menus, and to order and was advised at the time of ordering that there...was no pasta and no kids juices apart from squash. This should have been brought to our attention when seated. When the bill came, we were charged for the squash and the waitress said it wasnt included in the kids meal offer (but should have been as the kids juices were unavailable). Reluctantly she took it off. Really dissappointing visit they cant cope with the eat out to help out offer. Wont be returning.

There were in our party, the cast and crew of Blue Stockings' at the Miller Centre in Caterham, and we had booked a table to have a meal between our two shows on the final Saturday of the run. We ordered our food in...advance. We arrived in dribs and drabs and were immediately asked what drinks we would like and were served quickly. Once we had all arrived our meals arrived promptly and we were all tucking in within minutes. A lovely social evening towards the end of our run. My thanks to Adam and his team for the service and the food they even managed to bring a small birthday cake to the table of one of our team who was celebrating his (or rather birthday, being a leap-year baby.
