"Das Sin Hua in Mödling gibt es eigentlich schon immer. Es war das Lieblingslokal meiner jetzt schon reichlich erwachsenen Kinder. Bald werden schon deren Kinder hingehen wollen und die guten Nudelgerichte probieren. Es ist für uns das klassische Chinalokal (jetzt auch mit japanischen Gerichten)mit umfangreicher Speisekarte und mittags mit Buffet. Die Qualität der Speisen ist in Ordnung, die Bedienung sehr freundlich und flink, die Preise sind sehr kundenfreundlich, das Ambiente ist angenehm. Eigentlich passt hier alles und das schon seit Jahrzehnten. Ein "Landmark-Restaurant"."

"The worst food I have ever eaten in my life. We were a group of friends and didn’t finish the food , the owner didn’t even bother to ask what happened his only interest was to get the money! Everything was disgusting, nothing to do with Italy and Italian food, complete cheating with not fresh food, a lot of spices just because wanted to cover the horrible taste. Extremely disappointed with the service, food , price everything! Be careful before deciding to go there! "

"Food is OK ish don't order rare; service is OK, prices too. A bit too over hyped for what they really deliver. The location looks quite cool. Be sure to wear your shades though, as the neon at the entrance will blind you. The interior is heavily sponsored by Harley Davidson. The place is huge. There are 2 floors and we were seated on the 2nd floor. Good that we booked a table, as it was super busy there. Good for them. The menu is quite extensive, drinks and food, there is enough to choose. If you're a burger or steak fan, it seems to be the right place. Service was kind of slow to take the orders. Once orders were taken, they were quick to serve. Also, the staff was well informed about the menu. The dishes itself: I was confused about the size of the servings. Some were quite huge, while others were surprisingly small. Starters are exactly that: starters. Don't expect them to be big. When it comes to the steaks, I selected a 350gr rib eye. I was surprised by the structure of the meat. It seems as if the steak was punctured multiple times to give it it's tenderness. I've eaten steak quite a few times, but I've never seen it with such a structure. I took my steak rare, which means pink inside and lightly charred on the outside. It was pink in the middle, but it was very bleak on the outside. I guess that the grill they use just doesn't have the right temperature to give the steak a good color from the outside while still keeping it pink inside. Or, the steak has just seen the grill, but actually not touched it. If the grill is hot enough, even a rare steak should have those typical grill marks. Some other people had their steak medium, which looked to be better cooked. My rating really is all around the quality of the steak. The restaurant prides itself to be a traditional American restaurant, and suggests it is _the_ place for steaks and burgers. However, don't go there for a rare stake, it seems it's rare to find someone who can actually prepare it properly. I might go check out the burgers, because I liked the atmosphere of the place."

"Wir wohnen in der Nähe und wollten dieses Lokal einmal ausprobieren.Es wird keinen zweiten Besuch geben.Mein Chicken Potato war leider unter jeder Kritik. Erstens habe ich einen gefüllten Kartoffel erwartet. Es war jedoch alles klein geschnitten auf einem Teller angerichtet.Die Zuchini und Melanzani lt. Speisekarte waren nur Zucchini und leider auch komplett angebrannt und daher auch ganz unten am Teller versteckt. Ich habe ausschließlich das Hendl und ein paar Kartoffeln gegessen, da die Zucchini nicht essbar waren. Beim Abservieren wurde dem Kellner gesagt, dass das Gemüse ungenießbar war. Es gab jedoch keinerlei Reaktion. Der Burger den mein Mann gegessen hat war OK aber kein besonderer Unterschied zu einem Fastfoodburger. Als Nichtraucher muss man durch den Raucherbereich durchgehen und sitzt dann in einem verglasten Bereich wie in einem Aquarium. Schade absolut kein Flair und auch kein Style."
