"Das Essen war köstlich. Innovativer, kreativer Einsatz frischer Zutaten. Der Service war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Obwohl wir zuerst etwas verstört waren, als sie sagte, dass die letzten Bestellungen bis 8 Uhr gemacht werden mussten. 30 Uhr hatten wir eine Reservierung für 8. 15 und eine Person war noch nicht angekommen. Am Ende war sie jedoch ziemlich beschäftigt und nahm unsere Essensbestellungen erst entgegen, als wir uns alle eingelebt hatten.Die Distanzierungsvorschriften werden kreativ umgesetzt."

"Ganz schlecht!!! 5 min dort weil wir eigentlich essen wollten. Da wir den Kinderwagen dabei hatten fragten wir nach einem Lift um in den oberen Stockwerk Essbereich) zu kommen. Diese Frage wurde ignoriert und nur mit “ ja ja sie können kommen “ beantwortet ohne auf unsere Frage einzugehen! Erneut fragten wir nach und erhielten eine genervte Antwort so das mein Mann sagte:” komm wir gehen wieder!” Der Besitzer oder was er auch immer war, sagte noch frech:” tschüss tschüss” Absolute Frechheit"

"The food was served quickly and warm and was extremely tasty. You can tell that they value hospitality and good service. Get a fresh hot chai after the meal and also an extra dish with celery while eating. The ambience is very well designed with a red carpet (customer is king), sugar and various sauces are on every table outside and ashtrays are emptied everywhere for smokers. The menu is well described and you get what is shown in the pictures. Even if you order food, it's quick and it's fish and cooked warm. The tables are always freshly cleaned and the chairs are comfortable. Price wise it's a good price for good food and even better service... Price performance is top Gladly again !!!!!"

"I ordered a Dürüm without hot sauce. Unfortunately, the man who served me (small stature, black hair, spoke standard German) accidentally put hot sauce on it. When he realized his mistake, he simply picked up the part of the kebab meat that was already covered in sauce with his bare hand and threw it away it was pretty gross. In addition, he made no attempt to replace the part of the kebab meat that had just been thrown away. Apparently he felt unobserved. When I politely asked him to replace the missing portion of meat, he seemed caught and did so reluctantly. He didn't even look me in the eyes. Additionally, he didn't even bother to re fry the meat, leaving it with a rubbery consistency. When I got home I noticed that he had forgotten to put sauce on the meat again. In addition to the poor customer service, I also couldn't enjoy my food. Unfortunately, this was not an isolated incident. Recently, there have been an increasing number of situations involving poor customer service and poor food quality. Therefore, I have decided to avoid Vibes restaurants in the future. You've definitely lost a long term customer in me."
