Got us right in super nice . Had bread and cheese board to start with a Lemon Spritz, Then pasta with pesto. Everything was great including bag of bread.

Went here for dinner and got seated inside. Service was attentive. The pizza was very flavorful (got the Francesca and the Quattro . Atmosphere inside is good as well. Loved it

E' stata una piacevole scoperta. piatti deliziosi, personale cordiale attento e disponibile, prezzi molto più che onesti! per coloro che passano da Monterosso tappa obbligatoria!

Very sorry to say that my husband got sick after eating the spaghetti frutti di mare. I ate meat) We ate exactly the same except the seafood. One day destroyed on the holiday. The restaurant have too look after the hygiene routines in the kitchen!!!

We had an amazing lunch, we arrived just before 2pm and they normally close at 2pm but they were happy to let us in. As it is winter we sat inside, lovely atmosphere, cosy and lovely decorated. We ordered a starter and a main, pasta, mussels and pizza. All the dishes were amazing, beautiful presented and tasted great. The people were very friendly and even gave our kids a little present for the tradition La Brefana. We highly recommend this restaurant, it was one of the best ones we ate during our Italy trip.

My wife and I arrived in Monterosso al Mare for the first week of our vacation around Cinque Terre. Where to eat? Our hotel Villa Steno…..a wonderful place plotted several recommendations on a map. One of the places we tried was Ely. Here are some of the pros and cons: Pros: There was lots of seating inside and on the patio, but most people were outside since the weather for late September was warm. This restaurant is an absolute must visit in Monterosso, and you should definitely book a table in advance as it’s popular, for good reason. We attended as a family of 3, 2 adults and a baby toddler. With a young child something you notice that isn’t common is the care and attention some restaurants show your little one. They are the most precious and loved people in your life yet most restaurants overlook them, this is not the case here. They brought us a high chair on arrival, had a cushion for her to sit on in the high chair and when staff noticed she was sitting forward in the high chair, another for her back. We were recommended by our hotel to go for dinner to Pizzeria da Ely during our stay in Monterosso. we found that the food was good though not excellent. My husband ordered a gluten free gnocchi with pesto which was really good. My son ordered ravioli with pesto and the swordfish carpaccio and both the dishes were also very good. I ordered the fish of the day which was the sea bass and even though the centre bone had been removed some of the big bones were still remaining with some scales which made it unpleasant to eat the dish even though the taste was good.
