"Essen war lecker, unsere große Gruppe wurde zügig und freundlich bedient. Mit einem ganzen Kollegium voller Lehrer Essen zu gehen, ist für das Restaurant sicherlich eine Herausforderung. Und das ganze auch noch a la càrte . Das Outside hat die Aufgabe bestens gemeistert. Freundlicher Service und Leckeres Essen stand daher für alle auf dem Studenplan"

"When visiting Halle (Westfalen) recently, we looked up Tripadvisor to find a good restaurant for lunch. To our surprise, Rossini gastronomie is not listed there! After some research, we found out that it is mistakingly listed under Halle (Saale), several hundred kilometers away. With Google...maps, the exact location was given as Eggeberger Strasse Halle (Westfalen): To get there, leave Halle in Northeasterly direction via Theenhauser Strasse, direction Theenhausern/Werther. Then, after km, take a left at the sign Golfplatz (golf course). There is no sign to the restaurant itself. Drive some meters up the hill and Rossini is at your left, at the golf course. It has a nice ambiance, with beautiful views over the golf course and the woods in the back, also from the large terrace. We were greeted warmly upon entering, seated nicely and given an overview of the various luncheon options. We opted for the business lunch, a meal with the following choices: Small house salad or soup; fried salmon with stir fried vegatebles and potatoes or pesto noodles with fried chicken breast, vegatables, mini tomatoes and Parmesan cheese,or vegetarian pesto noodles. Dessert was red fruit ice cream with fresh strawberries, or coffee. Everything we ordered was delicious, service was attentive and fast and all this for euro's per person. This gem is not easy to find for people from elsewhere, but definitely worth a visit"

"Das Ambiente ist nett und ansprechend. Der Service im Großen und Ganzen in Ordnung, phasenweise allerdings etwas schleppend. Die Pizza verdient ihren Namen nicht, es war eine der schlechtesten meines Lebens. In der Mitte klietschig und matschig am Rand teilweise verbrannt und mit den vorhandenen Messern auch nicht schneidbar. Weiteres Manko, es ist keine Kreditkartenzahlung möglich, in der heutigen Zeit ein Anachronismus. Sobald somit kein weitere Besuch geplant, da in diesem Fall das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht stimmt."

"I've never seen anything like that! A pizza that tastes after nothing and then also the owners/operators who leave the restaurant during our meal, complete everything and go away. no more toilets, without comment just left. I've been in restaurants for many years, but I don't live like this, either here or in the near east or in asia or elsewhere in Africa. who now believes that pizza would be at least cheap, should make a picture of two pizzas with ham one of them with artichokes 2 beer over 25 € – good. there are people who simply should not run a restaurant. Too bad there are no negative stars."

"I am very common in this restaurant for good reason. It is one of the few restaurants nearby, the little wind a lot of quality and no other way around. The device is expediently rustic and sturdy, there are many different chair and table types and everything works a little thrown together. However, it is always clean and well maintained and there are no corners in which you get the gray as you know from some mixers. The service is very nice, personal, fast and easy. There is no service outfit, but everyone wears quite normal street clothes. If you want a little advice or an idea, they always have something in stock. The map is quite extensive, so you don't look through it, but there is a weekly changing daily map with court-rich dishes. I would describe the kitchen as a Mediterranean-Italian-German-bourgeois. The kitchen or dishes arranged in it is what distinguishes the entire restaurant. I don't know a restaurant with a comparable taste experience, combined with price and ambience. It's really all fresh, I never have a dish in which I think it comes from the bag to the noodles, but I really only mean the noodles and not the sauce. I recommend the Chateaubriand, the lambs, the noodles with salmon, the chicken in Calvados (major portion), the salad with roast beef strips and (seasonal plate) the asparagus, word mixture of asparagus and pig. The pizzas also taste very tasty, but you should only take away if you already know everything else, because ordering a pizza is a waste with regard to alternatives. From me an unrestricted recommendation for those who want to know top food in a relaxed environment. The price-performance ratio is good to very good considering the large portions, freshness and taste."
