"We ordered pizzas today at 2:00 p.m. to arrive at 5:15 p.m. After 17:30 we decided to call, but it was placed immediately after the drop. In the meantime, we tried to call several times. But we were promised that the pizza would arrive in 3 minutes. After more than 1.30 hours without any view of a pizza, we called again. Here we were told: Today no pizzas were placed and immediately stopped without waiting for an answer at all. After a few minutes we got several messages about SMS that we were apparently called several times by an employee. But that was not true, because there were more than 3 people in the room and at least one would have noticed if a call had been received, as the phone had been switched on with sound. We don't order here any more."
