Pizzeria Da Toni - Carta

Llegamos a Ruddensheim por la noche y fuimos a la ciudad a cenar. Ristorante Da Toni tenía un ambiente agradable y estaba bastante lleno, así que lo tomamos.

We stop by this town and we search on trip advisor for restaurants. We found Da Toni in Trip advisor as one of the best, and it is correct, excellent quality, quantity and price!!! Ver carta

Si está buscando un restaurante italiano auténtico, debe visitar este lugar. Muy buena comida, buen servicio y buen ambiente Y los precios también valen por la calidad que obtienes

We stopped here for lunch (by accident) after wandering around town. We ordered a pesto pasta for the kids (which the restaurant split for them--huge portions)! I had shrimp scampi with broccoli (a bit spicy) and husband had pasta gorgonzola (very mild flavor but delicious)....Unfortunately, the experience would have been better if there was not any smoking outside and also if they had an English/multilingual menu but we can say that we did not leave hungry.

We went to this restaurant due to the good reviews in TripAdvisor. The restaurant was not disappointing and the quality of the food especially the pasta was good and we enjoyed it. Pizza was average eventhough it is not the pizza that you would expect...in a typical Italian restaurant. Nonetheless the service was surprisingly slow and poor for the ratings it has. It took us two hours for having lunch even if the place was half empty, and had even to remember twice about our order. (we only order a starter and a main course, obviously we did not dare to order a dessert). Ver carta

Probamos este restaurante en Rudesheim después de encontrarlo en TA. Una de las razones principales por las que queríamos probarlo es que tenían un letrero en el frente que decía mejillones frescos; sin embargo, después de que nos sentamos, dijeron que estaban fuera. Lástima, ya que ... ¡a mi esposa le encantan los mejillones! De todos modos, probamos la ensalada especial, la lasaña y la pasta con champiñones y camarones. Todo fue genial, aunque se olvidaron de las aceitunas en la ensalada. En general, la comida fue excelente, pero necesitan más atención a los detalles.

During my day trip visit to Rüdesheim with my family (including kids and elder parents), we visited Ristorante Da Toni. It was still pretty early in the evening so restaurant was empty. We were seated immediately but the server took more than minutes...to give us a menu card. When we were ready to order, the server informed that we must order drink each for of us. We did ask for lemonade/ fresh lime soda and they didn’t have it. We were not keen on aerated drinks or wine. The server said he cannot take our order as we were not ordering a drink per person – an in-house rule. We left and relished at nearby pizzeria

Went for a quick dinner before catching train back to Frankfurt. Drinks came quickly, as did the appetizers. Main course unfortunately took excessively long missed our original train back to city. I ordered spaghetti carbonara which seemed to have sat under the heating element longer...than you would expect, egg was “cooked” slightly not the creamy sauce you expect from carbonara. My son-in-law’s salmon was well done. Daughter’s plate of carpaccio was inviting. My husband ordered salad that the dressing was liberally poured over vegetables. Their debit machine was not functioning, thank goodness we were able to scrap the funds between the of us to pay bill. Questioned the waiter on why they... Ver carta
