"Returned without fail, as previous visits were all successful. Once inside we see that the management has changed. Environment almost the same as the previous one, if I remember correctly some walls have been painted. We order.... After a while the drinks arrive with the bread, the bread is not cooked, and after our request it is replaced but the result does not change so the bread remained in the container. The cutlet arrives with chips for the children and once cut it turns out to be raw, (chicken cutlet very dangerous raw chicken). We call the dining room staff who, once they have noticed the problem, take it to the kitchen and have it redone, the latter will be cooked. After 30 minutes the appetizer arrives (good) where from the description given by the staff in the room it is partial what was served, (there is no description on the menu) but patience can happen. The gnocchi arrive after another half hour, a good dish but lukewarm tending towards cold. Unfortunately the second one never arrived and after 1 hour and 40 m of waiting we informed the staff that given the umpteenth wait we wanted the bill because it is not possible to wait that long (the second one would never have arrived because the waitress pointed out that yes they were probably forgotten in the kitchen). We didn't order anything else because lunch had already been ruined by the delays. We thought we would spend a sunny day at the seaside by having lunch in this restaurant without fail but unfortunately that wasn't the case. It can happen to any restaurant to have a bad day or not have calculated the turnout but, once the bill was paid, they could at least apologize for what had happened. We will never go back there again. In response to the owner, whom I thank for the invitation, I would like to point out that the writer has made his disappointment known in a kind (and whispered) manner to the dining room staff every time the inconveniences have occurred. I certainly am not asking for discounts or other forms of reduction in the cost of the menu, but it would have been kind of you to justify the problems encountered in the service during payment and pleasantries.
