Unfortunately when we went we were shown into the restaurant to then be told they were only doing pizza and jacket potatoes. It would have been nice to have been told when we bought our drinks. Price per person: £1–10 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

Very big portion of food but the quality was sadly lacking. Roast potatoes were lovely and crisp. Vegetables were criminally overdone. The chicken breast was pre cooked. My friend and I visited for the Sunday Roast. Service was good. Did not have to wait long for food and drinks. Pleasant young staff. Was so looking forward to a proper Sunday roast. However, the roast potato's were horrid. When the young waitress cleared the plates from the table she asked how the food was. I pointed to the potatoes which remained on my plate. I told her they were horrible, hard, overcooked and tasted like pre-cooked frozen potatoes. Reply was very sweet, apologised and said that she would tell the chef. Would have been nice for someone ie manager to have come over and talk to us but did not see any one in authority for the duration of our stay. Sorry to say that I cannot re...
