Pret A Manger - Carta

I had the worst experience of my life at this restaurant. The manager was extremely rude and intimidating. I will never go back and wouldn't recommend it to my friends or family.

Super busy branch opposite the station. Big. Lot of seating area. Staff are pleasant. Service is good despite how busy they are. Coffee was good. I got one of the high seat stools by the window communal table. Nice to do some work and watch the world go by. Reasonably clean. Good product range. Wifi is slow!

I tripped on a slight rise at their doorway and fell breaking my glasses frame. Certainly my fault but manager was so helpful and so anxious to see that I was alright. Wouldn't let me pay for my sandwiches and lemonade when I went to purchase. The sandwiches are always so good and fresh at all of this chain, highly recommened! Ver carta

Here have wide range of food. I choose sandwich, water and fruit for my lunch. Which is very quick and easy. However, for my fruit, there are no spoon provided. Which is very annoying because the fruit are so sweet and I have to grab the fruit to eat making my hand so sticky. So I hope they are stick the spoon on the plastic bottle or ask customer will they need it when i paying the bill. I will still go Pret, but I may not buying the fruit again or bring my own fork and spoon.

I would like to say Thank for outstanding service Pret Tottenham Hale tube train station. To the guy who was working on 7 February at around 2pm. I bought tuna melt and decaf oat latte. I was with a baby and quite in a rush. The salesperson was very professional, quick, and friendly. Unfortunately, I didn’t ask a name but I think this person deserves a big shout out and a raise or minimum good bonus. : He is doing fantastic job keeping Pret A Manger customers happy, and making people’s day a little nicer every day. Thank You.

I only came by on a free Friday evening to get a hot drink and do some work on my laptop. Started to open late again which is useful after the pandemic. Nice to see more 'normality '. Busy. Big branch with a lot of seating. Selection of food was not that much early evening. I just had a cup of tea which was fine. Not cheap I can tell you that! Wifi was quite good. Nice atmosphere and cool light music. Staff were pleasant and service was good. They were very surprisingly making a proper effort to keep the place clean which they never do! Ver carta

I have used loads of different pret a mangers for years and have always found them great. However, when I went into this branch a member of staff was quite unpleasant. I went and asked for a decaf tea (quite a normal drink considering all the other drinks they offer). The woman behind the till responded by saying er no sorry we 're not starbucks and laughed, which I thought was so rude. Obviously I have since found out that they don 't serve decaf tea (even though they do serve decaf coffee) so I ordered something else, but I felt her response was unbelievably rude.

I arrived at the restaurant shortly after 9pm on a Saturday night, with closing time not until 11pm, giving me nearly two hours before closing. Unfortunately, they refused to sell me a cold juice drink as they were in the process of cleaning up for the night. They also had to check if they could accept cash (exact change), presumably counting out the money. While I understand that retail establishments dislike last-minute customers when trying to close, this was well before their closing time. They did offer hot or iced coffee, but as I do not drink coffee, this was not a satisfactory alternative. As a loyal subscriber to this restaurant, I felt this was a breach of our contract as they fail...

I am a regular customer of this establishment due to my frequent business visits to Tottenham Hale. The staff members at the counter are often not very welcoming to customers. I recently had a poor experience there, as they need to be trained on how to properly welcome customers, which is very important. During my recent visits last Sunday and yesterday, two different female staff members were serving me. They did not pay enough attention to how I wanted my coffee, resulting in poorer quality coffee than before. I remember a manager who was always polite and welcoming, but I have not seen her recently. I am writing this review in hopes of improving the quality of service for regular customer... Ver carta
