Prezzo - Carta

The older man felt that the manager was very rude and conceited. It seemed as though our presence was bothersome. The service was very unprofessional and unwelcoming.

Visited here last weekend with my wife and two kids. Prompt and attentive staff, good food and MASSIVE portions. Consistently better than the Woodbridge (recent) Aldeburgh restaurant visits.

I recently moved to Felixstowe and have visited Prezzo twice. Both times, the food was excellent and expertly served by friendly staff in a clean and bright atmosphere. I highly recommend this restaurant. Ver carta

We had another wonderful dining experience with excellent service at this restaurant. The staff always makes us feel very welcome, and the young man who served us was outstanding. The staff was attentive and accommodating. We look forward to returning soon.

Went as a three with a taste card and we were amazed that we were given a free take out meal to make up for lack of a fourth person. The meal was up to the usual standard you would expect from a Prezzo restaurant, which is good, with excellent customer service. We will return.

The sea bass I ordered was dry, indicating it had been sitting under heat for too long. It was served with a mush of ratatouille and a small portion of rocket. Overall, the dish was not great. However, the dessert was enjoyable so the meal was not a total loss. I can't help but wonder why rocket is added to nearly everything on the menu. Ver carta

This was our first visit to Prezzos and i have to say I was very impressed. I was greeted by a lovely young man who was very cheerful and polite who guided us to our table. The menu had an excellent choice to the point where it made it hard to choose. My husband had a Calzone and I had Sea Bass. Both our meals were fantastic, clean, fresh and tasty, neither of us could fault it. We even went for dessert. Nothing was too much trouble, great service and great food. Happy to return anytime and am looking forward to the next time.

The service at this restaurant was slow and the food was poor. I arrived at 5:10 pm and left almost 2 hours later after only two courses. The starters were brought out in a haphazard manner - the calamari was overcooked and the sauce was bland. The Mozzarella was also poorly presented and lacked effort. The posh pizza was dry, overcooked, and lacking cheese and sauce. The pepperoni slices were cut too thick, making it difficult to cut with a knife. The 40-minute wait between starters and mains was completely unnecessary. If it were not for the 2 for 1 deal with a Taste card at £8, I would have felt cheated.

We visited the restaurant in late September 2023 with a party of four, including a child. One of the main dishes we ordered was the Lobster and Crab Ravioli. When it arrived, I found it to be too small, more like a starter size rather than a main course. Our granddaughter, who is five years old, had the Spaghetti Carbonara in a child portion, which was actually bigger than the ravioli dish. If the dish is intended to be this small, it should be clearly stated on the menu. Priced at £17.95 for what I consider to be not even a starter portion, I feel it is overpriced. We have dined here before without any issues, but we will be avoiding it in the future as we have found Bencotto across the roa... Ver carta
