Once a year reunion with friends, all I can say is the food was good, the service was good, and the manager was excellent. They allowed us to sit and reminisce even after we finished our meals. I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Prezzo in Spalding tonight. The service was very slow and there was a complete lack of customer service. We ended up leaving 1 hour and 20 minutes after arriving without even receiving our main course. The cost per person was in the range of £20-30 for dinner. I would rate the service as a 1 out of 5.

came with the girls to eat here. uses the meerkat offer (not used it before, in all the years I had) and can honestly say I will be back. very loud group that we sat next to, but that was not the fault of prezzos, but eating was nice to get out quickly, hot and extremely good value for money with the offer. the personal was attentive and bubbly. worth a visit!

We arrived a bit earlier than our reservation but were promptly greeted with a smile. The booth we requested had seat material that could use replacing as it was cracked and worn. Our server, Dawid, was very polite and hardworking. He was attentive and accommodating, ensuring we had enough time between courses as I am a slow eater. The food was served on warm plates, but unfortunately, some dishes were cold.

The service at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. We waited 1.5 hours for our food and had to leave before it arrived because we would have missed our theatre show. As a result, three young children went without their dinner. Despite this, we were still charged £75 for drinks and starters with no apologies. We will not be returning to this restaurant. I stopped by for lunch with my two energetic and boisterous children and had a wonderful meal and experience. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. Our waitress was busy with other tables, but her colleague stepped in to take our order so we didn't have to wait, showing great teamwork. The food arrived promptly and was prepared to a high standard, and we felt very welcomed. It's a fantastic place to dine, with staff who are always friendly and accommodating to families with children. I highly recommend Prezzo Spalding. Thank you.

We celebrated a family birthday at this restaurant, and unfortunately experienced slow service, particularly when it came to getting our drinks. We had to ask multiple times for our drinks, which ended up sitting on the bar for a significant amount of time before a staff member finally brought them over. Some of our drinks were even forgotten about. The food was good, but the staff seemed unsure of what they were doing. They never checked in on us to see if our meals were okay, and we had to ask for more drinks. We had to request cutlery for our starters, as the staff did not provide it automatically.
