Manager spoke to us very disrespectfully, definitely could do with a lesson in customer service. Would’ve liked to have stayed for more drinks but didn’t want to give them any more of our money

Really friendly staff and whilst the tables were clean the ladies toilets were awful and a lot of the furniture in the pub is ripped and old. Also there were 4 windows that were smashed and just had cardboard i behind them , not sure what’s going on with the pub

Such lovely friendly staff, a great pub with fabulous decor. Food was good particular the roasts, the staff couldn’t be more helpful. The live music was also fantastic. We went as a family with young kids and would highly recommend it. We will be back for a visit soon. Ver carta

What an awesome find, we don't live in the area but just passing through and so chuffed to stop in. Great atmosphere, friendly staff and prompt service. Spacious inside and a generous beer garden. Good parking and pet friendly. Didn't eat but saw tables food and looked amazing, can't wait to come again soon!

Visited the Prince for Sunday roast and what a great difference from the last visit which was very disappointing. The pub it self has just gone through a major face lift and what a very smart place it is ,well done to Green King. The meal my wife and I had was very good you couldn't see the plate and everything on it was tasty and well cooked . The staff were freindly and helpful well done to them some new faces among them. Keep up the good work team prince

This place is exceptionally beautiful, the interior designing is sooo good! I loved the back room and the toilets. We couldn't believe the excellent value for money and the quality of the meals. We took kids and for £5 they got a main course with sides, a drink and dessert. The kids roast was huge and my 5 year old loved it! The waiter had was very pleasant and patient with us. Would certainly recommend to anyone wanting to treat the family. Band was pretty cool too Ver carta

Everyone knows that I have been drinking here for decades, but I've been visiting less and less due to work. I pop back and the food was wonderful....try the burgers...the service impeccable...and the overall experience wonderful. I do wonder why people complain when they're too young and therefore declined, food is delayed with a full restaurant, and people who are simply rude expect the landlord or staff to tolerate it. Definitely worth a visit to make your own mind up because it's the best it's been in 40 yrs. Ask for Jay or Becky, the landlord and landlady. Amazing couple with the most gorgeous daughter

Visited the Prince on Sunday after work with my wife we have eaten hear many times in the past and have always had a good experience.,this visit not so after finding a table I went to order at the bar simple 2 roast beef dinners the barman stated no problem its showing 3 on the system. 30 mins later the barman came to our table to tell us they have no roast dinners ,he then told us what was available (not much) so again we orded 35 mins later we got our food which to be honest was good But to have to wait over a hour to get some food in a pub not so good considering we were the only couple in the pub eating.

Took my dad for lunch here today, despite working with minimal staff, they coped admirably, remained friendly throughout, even took the time to have a nice warm chat ask if we were happy with our meals. We were allocated a nice window table, a pleasant ambiance. Our meals were delicious, cooked perfectly, plenty of it. And with excellent promotions, proper savings, choices. The manageress was very helpful, friendly, whilst ordering the young lady waiting tables I think her name is Jess) could not have been more cheery, helpful, informative. So rare today, as I said to her when there; we feel it right to give praise on these rare occasions, so that they know that there smiles, service, detail... Ver carta
