Locale bellissimo , struttura nella natura. Può godere la bellezza della nostra zona. Cucina raffinato, ricercato e leggera. Abbiamo preso il menù degustazione di Pesce. Volevo prendere il menù di carne ma diversi piatti usato le frattaglie non ho potuto prendere perché non mangio.. Peccato.

posizione meravigliosa, gentilezza e competenza in cima. lorenzo ci ha consigliato un grande Sauvignon toscano. per la cucina siamo ai massimi livelli, appena provato in michelin stella. per questo il conto è più che giusto per la sera qui. Infine lo chef pinciaroli, che accompagna i piatti con piccole spiegazioni utili con aria modesta nonostante i capolavori presentati.

Had a fantastic experience at PS ristorante, and I would advice everyone to try this gourmet restaurant with a Tuscanian twist. The price is just right for the quality of the food and the experience of dining in this restaurant. PS offers 2 menus (one fish and one meat which are served either with a small tasting (50€ or a large tasting (70€ with the opportunity of ordering as well á la carte food. Gnocchi al polpo cacio e pepe, and fregola con ventresca di ricciola very appreciated. Ver carta

Such a romantic place hidden in the hills of Cerreto. My husband and I tried the Meat 4 course meal. Each course was plated beautifully... I wish I had taken pictures... The Raviolo and the duck were my favorite. Will need to go back to try the fish menu. As for the wine, we stuck with their Petriolo wines. Their chianti is flawless! They do, however, offer 3 or 6 glasses of wine as part of their tasting. Will have to go for that next time as their pair each wine with a course and sounds very interesting.

Ci sono luoghi e persone del cuore. lo chef pinciaroli e il suo staff sono uno di questi, insieme alla splendida cornice di villa petriolo. la ricerca e la qualità della materia prima, sono i protagonisti di un'esperienza indimenticabile. le combinazioni sempre originali, mai banali ma, soprattutto, i corsi sono sempre perfettamente bilanciati; un piacere per gli occhi e per il palato. il personale è gentile, preparato e sempre sorridente. peccato non essere in grado di dare più di 5 stelle. a un molto presto!

We really enjoyed our experience here they do an inventive and very well valued €80) 6 course tasting menu that excites. A lot of thought has gone into the menu and it is a really nice touch that the chef visits the tables at the end of service. In terms of the menu, there are some really good dishes in there the pre dessert carbonara being one and the entrees being another) and no particularly weak courses the only suggestion we had was that the dessert white truffle could be half the size and have something to cut through the richness). Well worth a visit for anyone looking for a special and different meal. Ver carta
