Visited Puccini's on Friday evening with friends. I must compliment the whole staff at the restaurant. The food was delicious as always and the waitresses were so very pleasant and polite. Love this restaurant.

Last minute plans with my girlfriend after a late shift at work, they made time for us made us feel very welcome. The food speaks for itself, absolutely stunning. Authentic Italian hidden gem in Barnsley! Sadia the waitress made things extra special.

Tried this place for the first time in April 2024 following a recommendation from a friend. When I phoned up to book a table I enquired about halal meat and they said we will see what I can do. When I turned up, they had ordered halal chicken for me, which was an example of putting the customer first. I ordered a starter and mains and coffee. All of which was great. Nice clean place with ample parking.

We had heard good things about Puccini's so decided to have dinner before the theatre. We were not disappointed. The hostess was extremely friendly. The food was superb. Beautiful flavours. We spent £50 for a starter to share 2 main courses 1 dessert 3 bottles of Peroni. We were both suprised at the prices of the mains ! We are used to Whitby prices ! £13 for a beautiful pasta dish that included melt in the mouth steak. We will definitely be returning

outstanding eating, service and event visited puccini’s with family on Saturday afternoon. even if we arrived well before the opening hours, we were welcome, welcoming and sitting. the personal was very polite, attentive, with great label, and an eye to detail. each of us ordered another meal (pizza, pasta, risoto and lasagne . we were all very happy with our meal times and finished them for the last bit. that has left us only a small space for the desert we highly recommend, but warn that it is addicted. let me finally add that the venue visitor really feels welcome in (what I suspect is a family-run restaurant. in the interior of the...read more

6 of us for a celebration. Not the first time we have visited the place. It's one of our favourites. I must say, the sauce that the meals are in is delicious. I do get the impression the same recipe is used for a number of meals as 5 of us had different meals but the foundation sauce was just the same. I feel they have just found something that works for them rather than delivering different delights. The meatballs I belive had pork in them but I would guess that there was very little percentage of beef but still tasty. I would still go there time and time again, not only to support our local community but also because I love the delicious tomoto, mascarpone sauce.

Unfortunately, my recent experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. Every dish seemed to be drowned in the same overpowering tomato sauce, which completely masked any other flavors. On top of that, everything was overcooked, and the seafood crepe was a mushy mess. It's safe to say that none of us were satisfied with our meals, and we ended up leaving in a hurry after paying the bill. Overall, it was a letdown, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a quality Italian dining experience.
