The 'Mississippi ' is one of the best sandwiches I 've eaten in Cardiff town. Always extremely fresh tasting ingredients. Quality food, lovely staff and just a great place.

Amazing Ottolenghi inspired salads and the best cup of tea I’ve had in ages. Lovely staff who go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Ditch the chain options and come here for lunch instead!

Love this place. The sandwiches are great and are literally made in front of you with fresh, well sourced ingredients. qsk has definitely the most incredible healthy, fresh and tasty lunch food in cardiff. I went for the salatbox, containing three tasty salads (the standout was the Moroccan pebbles) so good! whether they are all gone, the personal belonged to the kindest I have ever seen; welcome and helpful. if they are looking for the perfect lunch in cardiff, don't look further.

I discovered this restaurant and it was a great find, especially if you're looking for something other than a chain sandwich bar snack. My favorite dish is the chicken, roasted vegetable, cheese, and sweet chili panini. I have eaten here many times during our trips to Cardiff. It's also perfect if you're heading to the Millennium Stadium as it's very close by. I would recommend this place every time!

that is surely a hidden gem of cardiff. we stayed on a laune and were very pleased with our lunch. I was indecisive about what I wanted to lunch, and the staff there offered me a pack based on what I told them I liked. my man has the mississippi for his meal. this was far and away the best lunch we had the whole trip! fresh, healthy and affordable with large service pistons do not ask for anything else! that's the best I had in cardiff. fine kitchen quality and also healthy. my man had a grilled cheese sandwich with ham and salad house made brownie. I had quinoa and a mix salat from the sky! Their vegan and vegetarian options are fab. I love their new look and menus. clean and modern. the new management and the staff are super friendly and the price is right. very recommended! as I said, the best food ever!

Had to scroll and find who gave the poor reviews and no surprise that they've not left an actual review so I'm guessing they haven't had any food here. The lady who owns the place is a gem, real lovely lady who packs the sandwiches so full. The filling selection is amazing. Best tuna sandwich I've had in forever. Then theres the salads. If you eat in the plate is piled high with the most amazing flavours. I cant wait for it to open again after Christmas.

my wife and I were in a small train to catch a bus for a day in the st. fagans museum when we noticed this place and decided to stop a quick lunch. we knew that we had found a special place when the owner knew the person who before us and the two people after us (many numbers! . incredibly fast, friendly service and two amazing good sandwiches later, we grew jealous of each person in cardiff so close to this precious stone. you ham and two-cheese panini was just amazing. each piece of it is a wonderful reimagining of a classic and they had a brisket special that was just excellent.
