Great menu and good gluten free options. Prompt service and good covid precautions loads of space. Maybe more cake options and it would have been perfect!

Didn’t have to wait long for food. Good sized portion, had to leave some chips. Sat outside plenty of social distancing. Would call back if in the area again.

So pleased we found this place. The staff are welcoming, friendly and professional. The food is delicious and made with good quality ingredients. It’s also a lovely setting. I will definitely recommend and return.

A little gem! Really lovely place to go for food. Staff were all friendly, welcoming and helpful. Great choice of food and freshly made cakes were delicious. Safety conscious without being over the top. Highly recommend.

It can't make its mind up: is it a cafe or tea room, restaurant or diner? It does fried breakfasts and cream team, fish specials and burgers and chips. Needs to sort out its identity and specialise. The food is good (not great)

Stopped here for a cream tea, we sat outside overlooking the river. It was very clean, it felt safe with the Covid-19 measures that have been put in place (I’m very fussy! , the staff were friendly and the food was great. I would definitely recommend it and would visit again.

Met up with friends earlier this week for coffee and rather pleasantly surprised to see a dairy and gluten free cake on menu .We had a slice of avocado and courgette cake and wow! Very delicious. Coffee my espresso was also so tasty. Very comfortable surroundings with friendly staff. My first visit but won’t be the last!

We stopped here while visiting Barnstaple. It’s sat on the river in a beautiful building and has plenty of outside seating although could do with some umbrellas as it was too hot) I had a cream tea and the scone was delicious and fluffy but all food ordered was delicious. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and would recommend a visit.

We’ve been saying for years that the building would make a great tea room so we were delighted when it opened as the Queen Anne Tea Rooms.The owners are very friendly and try really hard to provide great service, and something more than just another tea room, hosting family entertainment/events.On our last visit we had a Ploughman’s Lunch and it was superb. When we ordered the server suggested a side of boiled potatoes and they were lovely too.The service is always excellent, the waitresses are always friendly, and the drinks/cakes are fresh and good quality. Well worth visiting.
