Absolutely appalling, wait was very long , a very sarcastic rude server , non child friendly menu Fluffy pancakes are more like a suet cake Food arrived cold and salty , NOT WORTH £45 ! such a shame

We Had a couple of classic breakfast and coffees, all was very good, quality food, cooked very well and great value for money, pleasant decor, comfy warm cafe for brunch, highly recommend, great service

I have struggled to find good coffee, but this place met all my expectations. The small cafe was bustling with friendly staff. Although I didn't try the food, the breakfast dishes I saw being served looked great.

I'm not sure why the previous reviews are criticizing this restaurant. I think they offer the cheapest and most delicious coffee with five different types of milk for only £2.50! They also have vegan smoothies, which I wanted to try out.

We went into this cafe with children. The food was served over an hour after getting the drinks despite being the only customers in there! Eggs were cheap and congealed and there was at least 20 minutes between our meals turning up. This inconvenience cost...

We went to Queenies, Chelmsford for the first time today and we'll be coming back! Lovely friendly staff, warm welcoming cafe fab menu. The food was great you could tell ts was made to order and not been sitting around! Great start to the weekend! Thanks Queenies.

Enquired about vegan options as my granddaughter is dairy free and was told everything could be. Sadly misleading. Why no pancakes when oat milk can be used? Why no bubblegum milkshake? No children's menu!!!!! Very disappointing. Expensive and rather unwelcoming atmosphere
