"This was by far the best Sunday roast I have had for years. And in fact, all five of us in our party all said it was absolutely fantastic 4 of us had lamb and one had pork. All of us loved it. The portion size was huge and the chef accommodated one person in our group with a lactose intolerance amazingly. When we asked for more gravy, we didn’t get a tiny little jug like some places do…. it was a massive boatload of gravy. The vegetables were cooked perfectly and not soggy or over cooked. Highly recommend this place! Seriously we were so impressed and are talking about it even two days after the event. Keep up the great work well done."

The food and atmosphere were fantastic. I enjoyed a delightful pint and Sunday lunch. The restaurant is clean and dog-friendly. The honey roast parsnips were especially delicious.

I had a wonderful dining experience at this charming riverside pub. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The food was excellent, plentiful, and served nice and hot. I would love to visit again in the summer.

We had a fantastic meal and drinks whilst sat in the Beer garden right by the River Severn. We both had fish and chips which were excellent washed down with a lovely pint or three of Inches Cider. We love this pub as it has...

My wife and I were in the area and wanted to find the pub and take a look for future reference. Being Tuesday 18/4/23 we knew it was closed and had been the day before. We were saddened to find strewn glasses and broken glass... Ver carta

Had a lovely Saturday evening by the river. Good food and excellent service. Pleasant young staff came to outside table to check everything was okay and removed plates quickly after we had finished. Chilled atmosphere. So lucky to live nearby.

Returned here after many years....exceeded our expectations this time. Good food in generous portions at fair prices. Helpful, friendly and well timed service. Attractive interior, although a bit lacking in atmosphere with few customers, midweek lunchtime. Riverside tables would be ideal on a sunny day....
