This is by far the best food in Whalley for good Chinese food. Tried the other and it was not known the contents of food we was eating. Go to the Regent for quality, quantity and good prices

no idea where to start. the fact that they are not told until they are ready to pay that they cannot use a debit card or the excessively bad ingredients? first and last time I will visit. please avoid

I've recently moved to Whalley and I didn't think I'd find another Chinese Take Away that made my favourite dish as good as my previous local Chinese but Regent House was amazing good! Definitely worth a try Ver carta

we have just recently started with the Regent farewell and what a great sound! excellent quality eating, good portioning, good price. while covid follow all rules and the place is very clean. highly recommended!

Lived in the area for about 4 years now and never really visited this place until my local was closed (planned closure) when I went to get some food. I thought I would give this place a go and I am so glad I did.....Hot tasty food better than my usual haunt... went back a few days later to try another dish and I think I met the owner David... I told him my story and he wanted to know the feedback on the dishes. Very nice man too! My new local Chinese may have just been changed. This place doesn't look all that from the outside but the team are friendly and the food tastes great!

We ordered Wan-tun, which were overcooked and wrapped so tightly that there was no choice but to consume the full burned piece, pastry and all. There was a gelatinous residue all over the chicken that was not pleasant in the mouth. The chips were re-heated...or overcooked. Three mains with accompaniments and one starter with a side of chips was just over £30.00 so not great value either. For the first time I binned what I didn't eat, and needed to brush the taste away form having eaten. If we had had alternative food in, we would have stopped eating, binned this takeaway and cooked something else. Poor flavour, distinctly average quality food not very well prepared at all. Ver carta
