"Staff were lovely but the food was okay. Had lobster and seafood dish which must have been under the hot lamp while my husband’s being made as it was dried out. You could see where the sauce was and had to peel the dried mussels out the shell. Crab and grapefruit with a tomato sauce was a gamble and didn’t cash in as a starter. Ordered a £40 of wine which was okay but screw top which was slightly off putting."

amazing family-run restaurant in the heart of the green richmond serves fresh, locally-based foods next to a fabulous wine list. the host and chef are warm and friendly and their lobster is from this world.

Upon arrival noticed a stale smell. Service friendly/efficient. Food quite good. Decor tired. Toilets smelt like chip shop, very old hand towels. Coats returned smelling of grease. Need to be dry cleaned. Disappointing experience.
