Highly recommend this restaurant for Indian food when visiting or staying in Wengen. The briyani was great and service was friendly and exceptional.

Mostly good indian food. Wife has some allergies with some spices so the staff was helpful in customizing the meal. the food was good. Service was elegant but on the slower side. It is likely they were short staffed on the day Ver carta

Lovely indian meal, very tasty, good portion size, friendly staff, nice indoor and outdoor dining areas, price on par with other dining out options in the area/switzerland, great option for something different whilst staying in the lovely village! A bit off the main street but worth the effort to find!

Good Indian restaurant up in the mountains. Food was nice. They were honest about using frozen Nans. Like everything is Swiss, it is way too pricey. Menu selections are limited. But what they could offered, it was very nice & tasty. Very close to train station with some great views of Alps and Jungfrau while waiting on food.

We took our three boys to this restaurant on our first night and loved it. We ended up ordering even more food as the first round disappeared quickly. We loved the butter chicken, chicken curry and veg biryana. The service was very friendly, as well. Definitely recommend as a nice change from local Swiss food. We'll be back!! Ver carta

We had an early dinner in this small Indian restaurant in Wengen. You do need to book unless you get lucky and this was our second attempt at eating here. I asked if they could recommend a dish with the same spiciness as a Korma, as they didn't have that on their menu. They made me on especially, and it was one of the best I've ever had. My family are braver than me and had spicier meals and enjoyed theirs too. We would all recommend persisting to eat here while in Wengen.

We've been in Wengen 4 nights and have already been to this restaurant for dinner twice. It's that good! The staff welcomes you with a smile, and the small size makes it feel very cozy. We had two vegatarian options, Aloo Palak and Dal Makhni. Both were excellent. It's great to have such well prepared and healthy food available in Wengen, especially with such a warm and friendly atmosphere. It's a little difficult to find Golden India since it is a ways off of the main street, but it's well worth the effort!

We found restaurant on Google map which is very near to our hotel. From our hotel we could find it very easily.We were the only customers, could be because it was not peak season travel period yet. We ordered the lamb briyani, butter chicken, vegetarian samosa and prata. The lamb briyani portion was huge and so we were able to share. It was very tasty much to my surprise. The butter chicken and samosa were equally good. But the prata was not that nice as the restaurant uses frozen triangular ones because they don't have the equipment to make fresh round ones.Overall it was a delicious meal. Happy to be able to have nice Indian food in the mountains. Ver carta
