"First time in Berlin but been to Munich /cologne a few times, wanted somewhere local to hotel to eat as we were arriving that evening. So I jump on tripadvisor have a look and this place stood out. Just what we were looking for a...Bavarian restaurant , good hearty food and beer just what I love about Germany. Lots of positive reviews and mins from our hotel what a result. I managed to book a table via their website so simply and so we were pleased we had found something so nice and familiar. And we couldn’t have been more happy as the food was amazing and reasonably priced ,the beer was top notch ,the service was swift and friendly , the restaurant was spotless and really well laid out with great atmosphere full of people but didn’t feel crowded.Proper beer Keller look just like the Augustiner ones in Munich. Bet this place is amazing in the summer as situated on the river. All in all very happy and full needed a night time walk after. Thankyou trip advisor community for a recommendation, if in Berlin you can’t go wrong with this place."

If you want to enjoy the Bavarian or Austrian cuisine, you'll be fine here. There is a good Augustinian beer from Munich. The original Wiener Schnitzel was perfect until the last bite. The beer garden is perfectly located under chestnut trees. Come back to you.

Sweetheart from the barrel! I can only judge the beer garden: Here you are sitting really nicely in summer with a view of the Chancellery. Food is also offered. Prices are appropriate for the situation. For current reasons: Corona hygiene rules have been consistently observed.
